Richards was awesome to work with for our backyard wedding. So helpful and organized. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. They supplied us with everything we could have possibly needed which made things so amazing and stress free. Their recommendations were a huge help as they thought of things we did not, and the guys who set our tents up were great to work with as well. We even added on another small tent last minute when they were there to set up the 3 larger tents! They were happy to help us even though it was 2 days before the wedding! I cannot recommend them enough.

One stop.shop they may be super busy but they find the time to take care of you.. from start to finish they come out and set you up the right way, they dont cut corners .

Ok, so about a year ago brought my generator for repair, dropped it off When I got a call I went down to talk to them, said it needed a carb but they didn’t want to spend the time online ordering one but I could? What? Really ? Handed me old carb in pieces and charged me $25 ? I think they should know what brands they handle and maybe just reject odd brands.Anyway son in law got carb online for $15 took 5 minutes to put on and started right up.. just didn’t like the way this played out.. not a good practice or customer service bothered me what they did ever since parts in a bag and a charge to do so??...won’t be back anytime soon ..

Dropped off a mower I purchased from Richards because it wasnt starting. After three weeks, I called and was informed the cost was $148. No call to do the work. I spoke with someone on the phone, but no help. I spoke to the owner and he condescendingly told me the mechanic thought this mower was worth fixing, so he fixed it. I told the owner I expected a call before work. He told me hes been in business for over 30 years and he knows best. I needed the mower, so I reluctantly payed and picked it up. In the spring my wife used the mower for 5 minutes before it conked out. If you want poor work, an excessive bill and horrible customer service from the owner then this is the place for you.

Horrible customer services very nasty and unaccommodating I would order from any other rental place then use Richards Rentals I think it’s time for them to sell the business to someone that cares about customer service!!!!!
