I brought my Ford Escape in since Ac wasn’t working. They said ac fittings needed to be resealed. I knew the Freon was good since local mechanic said so. They said they would fix it for $1000 and $179 diagnostic fee. I drove to another Ford dealer and said power fitting had to be replaced. Part cost $40. Their total charge was $440. The ac works great. I will never go their again.The manager said my Escape had 103,000 miles on it and I should expect this repair. I never had a ac problem before. My last Ford went 350,000 miles on it and original ac and trains was working fine. I just didn’t want to breakdown while traveling. I wrote to Matt and no response. I just wanted to know why the difference?Disappointed in the way I was treated.
Matt always provides timely updates and excellent service. I don’t take my trucks any where else mainly due to the customer service provided and peace of mind knowing that what needs to be fixed is fixed. And fixed correctly.

When I checked in for my 9am appointment Ryan Loving checked me in. I told him I would be waiting . After seeing people with later appointments come and go I asked how my car was going? Ryan said he didn’t know I was waiting and they would get to it after lunch. Wonderful! Around 210 he called my wife’s # to tell her my car was ready. Then called me while I was sitting there. Handed me my key with no apology that I sat there for 5 hrs, no thank you, nothing!!! Will take my business elsewhere not the first time I had problems at All American Ford.
This place is absolutely a joke, please do not go here the staff is incredibly rude they don’t care if your car has a problem. The sales guy from the auto place “Matt” is absolutely very irresponsible and made me drive two hours for nothing. For a mistake he clearly made. I purchased a Subaru and the first week it was giving me problems I took it multiple times so they can scan and see what’s going on with my car and they keep saying that there’s nothing wrong when there’s clearly something wrong with my car and I even showed Matt a video of the sound my car was making. This place is honestly ridiculous save your time by going somewhere else not to mention they told me I would get my cars plate within a week and it took more then three weeks I am still waiting for another set of keys that they promised to give and I have yet to receive.

The sales person was nice but not a sale person at all which I guess that was a good thing. The sales manager did not want to haggle or work with us at all. He was not nice, not friendly, and looked miserable to be honest. You think since Im a returning customer they would have been a little nicer or willing to work with me but no. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I dont know maybe they have been selling so many cars they dont need my sale? If they treat returning customers like this I can only imagine how they treat new customers.

I own a 2014 e 250 van that had transmission problems, I call all American and talked the the service manager and he quoted me $2300 for rebuild and $3700 for a Ford rebuild, I explained to him I had just had $6000 worth of work done on another one of our company trucks and asked him if he could give me a better price and he assured me he would do his best, Mat call me the next day and sad Mr Harris we have two ways we can do this it’s going to be $2700 for rebuild no warranty only the parts they install or $3500 for a three year warranty, I told Mat do the $3500 job thanks, when I went to pick the truck up two days later the price was $5500 I payed all American Ford, BUT WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, this was my worst dealings with a car dealership in my 40 years in business, STAY AWAY NOT EVEN A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT.

I spoke with someone on the phone with a thick accent from their financial department. The last 3 letters of his name was MED. Ahmed maybe? He was rude, unknowledgeable and told me the exact opposite of what everyone at the Ford Company told me regarding my issue. He was unpleasant from the get go when all I had was a question. I was friendly and asked my question kindly and expected the same from him. If he doesn’t know how to work with customers, maybe he should find another job.
This dealership is great! My car had a problem with the electric power steering module. I got it towed to All American Ford as per a recommendation and I’m glad I did! From the start, I worked with Matt in service who was phenomenal. He took the time to always give me a call and keep me updated while my car was getting fixed. (I was also able to get a loaner car during this time from them) I have an extended warranty on my car and without me even mentioning it, they honored it right away! Also, while fixing my car, they found an oil leak. Instead of making me come back, they fixed that right away as well so I didn’t have to pay two separate deductibles on my warranty. Everybody was friendly and very attentive and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership!
My problem was with motor trend sales department. It had nothing to do with service, it was sales. The sale transaction was fine but when I had issues with the car they didnt want to know anything. The manager chuck told me you bought a 10yr old car and what did I expect. Now a manager tim was supposed to contact me for two days and I still havent heard from him. They love to sell cars but it ends there. Horrible. Wont go back
Do not trust this dealership they will make an appointment with you and say they are aware of the recall and knew what we needed which was a down right lie.So when we arrive d 2 weeks later cause thats how long it took to get an appointment, they will tell you sorry we do not have the parts that are needed to repair the vehicle that is a safety recall from the Ford motor company. They never even bothered to call and cancel the appointment telling us they were not going to have the parts and they had two weeks to call. Mean while me and my son took the day off from work lost pay and wasted a day and my son drove in from staten island NY in rush hour to get to a 9 am appt. Never trust what this service department tells you if you dont have trust you have nothing.if it was possible i wouldnt even have given them 1 star.No mistake, it was your dealership i live in brick and my husband bought an F150 pick up truck from your dealership prior to this appointment. So there is no mistake on what dealership we were at. It was at your dealership on Bridge Ave in Point Pleasant . The service dept. also told us you could take care of the problem and then ended up telling us you did not have the parts for that particular recall, you were to follow up with us as to when you would have the parts and that never happened either no call just another story that was not valid.

Purchased a used f250 on 12/17/20 and with in one week had a list of issues and safety concerns with the truck the service team just gives you a run around and a load of excuses this has been almost an 8 month process of back and forth of trying to get the issues and safety concerns fixed just for an example it took them 5 times for them to get the truck to stop pulling to the right and supposedly all they did to correct the alignment was balance and rotate the tires and realign after they said the did the same thing the 3 and 4 time is was at the shop

Because the dealer was an hour away, I called twice prior to my appointment to confirm that the truck I found online would be there. During the second phone call, I even ran through a list of 15-20 features with the salesman, making sure his truck had each feature. The promised truck was not there when I arrived for my appointment. I was then promised it could be obtained from a nearby dealer if I was ready to buy. And then they offered me 25k above MSRP for a 1yr old truck, trying to explain that it was all taxes & interest. Absolutely beautiful truck, but shameful business practice.

There isnt a single negative thing we could possibly say. They even pulled the car into the service department so we could see everything without standing in the pouring rain. They had a used fiesta st. They stripped most goodies off from the previous owner. But kept the cat back exhaust, fmic, and a few others. Its exactly what I wanted and it came with a warranty good for any ford dealer (Im moving to pittsburgh this month, so that was a good inclusion for me)I got lucky spotting this uncommon car, but the staff was pleasant to deal with and the dealer had a great atmosphere.If you trade in your car here, dont forget to remove your ezpass!

I would like to commend the service team for their quick response when I came in late Friday afternoon when I received a warning on my dashboard that a tire had low pressure. I went immediately to Service office in Point Pleasant and even with a full office of customers, there was some one who immediately was on hand to ask how I could be helped. Within a half hour I was advised that there was nail in the side wall, a new tire was ordered and on this Saturday afternoon( which I did not expect on a weekend) I am waiting for new tire to be put on. Thank you for the friendly spirit of service I experienced.

This is my second car that Ive leased through All American in Point Pleasant and I must say Im actually a little shocked at the good service all around. Prior to retirement I always owned luxury cars, and although the waiting area doesnt compare to the waiting areas at the luxury dealers, All American has provided the same experience. Their whole staff is welcoming, they never keep me waiting too long, and on my last visit, during the inspection they found a potential problem which they took care of immediately (under warranty- no tricks ever here)I highly recommend them!

I’ve recently leased a new car here and have serviced a previous ford at this location for several years. Over this time I’ve worked with wonderful people who have been very kind to my family and I. Unfortunately, over this time I’ve also experienced 3 or 4 times where I request a tire rotation, am assured a rotation is completed, and then find out that the tires were not rotated. I mark My tires before dropping the car off to make sure it’s completed and have noticed that rotations are a hit or miss depending on who is working in the garage area (this has happened on and off over the last few years). Each time I address this issue l am assured it won’t happen again and I do my best to be understanding however it is extremely unfair and disappointing to place trust in someone that has not resolved the issue fully. It is also uncomfortable to wonder if other work (like oil changes etc.) is really being completed. I recommend marking your tires before you drop your cars off at this location.
Overall a very positive buying experience. Gwen was personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Fortunately she avoided the hard sell approach; no pushy up- selling on features that I didnt want or need. My brief dealings with Mark and Tom in finance were also pleasant and professional. My new 2020 CX-5 is my third Mazda in a row so I am obviously a fan of the company. My previous vehicles ( 2014 CX-5 and 2008 3 Hatch) were reliable, economical, safe, attractive, and enjoyable to drive. I cant ask for anything more. Great experience! Called to schedule 10,000 mile service on Friday and got in for Monday! Dropped car off Sunday night and got a phone call at 11:45am that the car was done! The gentleman was very professional. Paid over the phone and the car was locked up with keys for me to pick up at my convenience. Used a coupon I received in the mail and didn’t even have to present it!

Staff was friendly and service was timely. My Escape is 4 years old with 70,000 miles and was told I need a new windshield wiper motor on the passenger side. The price of repair just seemed to be excessive, but upon further discussion I was pleasantly supprised when they lowered the repair cost. Never had that happen before!

The service dept at All American Ford in Point Pleasant is second to none! I had an issue with my transmission and I was well taken care of. They provided me with s BRAND NEW 2019 loaner to drive while my car was in the shop for 10 days or so. When I got my car back it drove like new again!

My husband and I have purchased Fords here in Point over the past 25 years. The name on the dealership may change, but the service is still great. I grew up in a Ford family (my uncle worked at the Edison plant back in the day), so buying any other brand wasnt happening.
