We had an issue with ground nesting bees in our backyard. I called the business on a Saturday and spoke with Tina, who reassured me they would take care of it and that Gary would come that same day- which was great. I showed him the holes, one of which he said was for ground nesting bees and the other for cicada killer wasps. He used several different techniques to exterminate them (one including a long tool that goes into the hole directly), and gave a verbal 6 month guarantee. Before he left we walked over to the holes and for the first time in months there were zero bees flying around the area. Its been less than a week but still nothing! So happy!

Started off great! I was so extremely grateful for this company when they came out on a Saturday evening in the pandemic to build a screen tunnel to get the raccoon out of my attic. They gave me a price to replace the vent in the side that the raccoon broke but never returned any of my 5 phone calls to do the job. Yes I left voicemails..I was extremely disappointed and the area is still not repaired.

This company came out last year when we experienced a termite swarm. They were very quick and responsive to provide the $600+ Initial termite service. Included with this service was a guarantee for several years (I think 5-6). When we experienced another termite swarm this past spring, I called several times for someone to come out and retreat. I spoke to a live person on the first call with a promise to get a call back. I got nothing. I called several more times and only got an answering machine. Left several messages and received no response. Even if there was an issue preventing them to come out initially, this should have been communicated. There has been nothing. Very disappointing since the initial impression was a good one and we paid a hefty price with a guarantee in place. Now we have to use another service and pay yet another large cost for termite treatment.

I had a mini ant problem for so long until I finally hired this company! Best decision I ever made, the response was immediate and I had a very friendly and informative technician spray inside and out. It was not harmful to my beloved doggies and very effective. We had a family of raccoons take residence in our inaccessible attic. What to do? Searched online and found good reviews for Jersey Pest & Animal Control. From my first phone call to the completion of project Jersey was professional courteous and effective. My daughter had a squirrel issue at her home and Jersey again solved the problem!

I believe I found them through home advisor. Short story is this - I had a bad smell in my backyard and unfortunately we have a history of small rodents choosing to go under our deck for the final resting place. I couldnt get a hold of anyone locally and this company was willing to come down and take a look. I told the workers they didnt need to worry about the condition of the deck because we were about to replace it, but even so, they nailed every piece of wood back in place after retrieving the...thing..that HD died under my deck. Very nice guys.

Used for a one time interior and exterior pest control. They responded quickly to my email inquiry and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Good price and very professional would definitely recommend.

Very professional. They had to come twice to cover rodent entrances and I havent heard them since. They were very personable. You would never know they were there because they picked up after themselves and called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming.

I am very grateful to Jersey Pest for the quick response to my request for help. I called them late evening and they were at my home early the next morning to take care of a raccoon in my attic. Jersey Pest came out immediately and addressed my critter problem. I felt that they treated me like family. Very honest and extremely reasonable prices. Save yourself some headache and stress and let Jersey Pest handle your pest problem. They are well worth every dollar they charge!! For me they set up a trap for animal to leave, cleaned and sanitized my attic and placed new insulation in the attic. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I had a squirrel in my attic. They sent two guys out with a safe cage that was attached outside the vent of the house. The squirrel could safely exit the attic through a tunnel but no return in. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. Thank you.

The job was completed quickly and properly. We had an issue with birds in our eaves and they were able to move the nests which hand no eggs or nestlings. I did not meet the guy who performed this work as I was on a call (working from home). But my wife did and what they quoted me on the phone was the same price as they gave to us. He finished the task before I was done with my call. If I had other pest issues I would use again and recommend them.

They came and evaluated the situation, gave me a price, performed the service of removing a dead squirrel and raccoon. The dead animals caused a situation with flies, very gross. They sprayed and could not have been nicer. I was embarrassed and they were great. Highly recommended them.

Gave them almost $300 for a 9 month contract to get rid of a severe ant problem. Came to do the initial spray. They didnt get rid of anything. Called a dozen times to get them to come back as the contract stated. No one ever showed up. Suffered with the problem for months. Called another company, they came once, and got rid of all the ants. Wouldnt suggest this company to my worst enemy. They are con artists.

The owner and a helper had to spend 5 hours to get a family of squirrels out of my chimney. More time than they estimated. They didnt give up and succeeded, although it was a complicated process. I thought their price was reasonable given the effort and time it took. I would hire them again if I had other pest problems.

Had a persistent ant problem. Jersey Pest had to come out a few times at no extra cost until there were no more signs of ants.They came out every time I called and they were always on time and very professional.I would highly recommend them to take care of those unwanted pests.

I had an issue with fleas in the house July 2018. A person came to fan spray the interior. I was told it was nontoxic for animals..I had three cats. Well, the flea issue persisted, actually became worse. One of my cats became very ill in September. I cant prove that it was from the treatment, but the cat had always been healthy. The other two cats were fine.The cost of the treatment was $375.00, and did absolutely nothing.

Jersey Pest & Animal Control is by far the best pest control company that I have dealt with over the years. I have been over charged and ripped off by many other companies. Irvin was our technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and helped us get to the root of our problem. We specifically request him when we call to have our treatments done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

I had a serious squirrel problem, the squirrels had gotten into the roof and were literally digging through the attic ceiling, causing damage and days away from entering the house. Although it was winter Jersey Pest was responsive and quickly gave me a quote. They were the low bid and quickly came to do the work...btw we are three stories and the roof is not easy access. They explained exactly what they were doing and told me the squirrels might gain access through another area, but they could address the current entrance points which would cost less if it worked. The squirrels returned and so did Jersey Pest, doing the animal proofing they had told me about. Over two years later, my neighborhood has a serious squirrel overpopulation problem but I have had no further issue with the squirrels returning. Jersey Pest went out of their way to be transparent and responsive, and were the best value for my money.

Had birds and squirrels going into the attic. The company technicians secured openings under the roof with a metal mesh screen. Problem solved. Only thing I wish it was a bit less pricey. Otherwise happy.

The guys who came out where super nice and did a great job! Whenever I call, they are responsive and they came out fairly quickly. The price was great and if you see more spiders they even come back out and spray. Really helped with my spider problem, and I had a serious spider problem!!

Built a squirrel tunnel so they can leave attic and not return. Very reasonable, other companies charged much more and use poison.

These guys were great. Came out right away saw where the Racoon was getting into the attic and fixed it. Then installed a one-way tunnel so any that were still up there could get out and not back in. Problem solved. Highly recommended. The first company I tried just wanted to trap them on the ground wich git two but didnt solve the problem.

Sloppy work. Expensive for service. They were hired to close off entry points in roof where squirrels accessed. Have heard squirrels return. Called about them addressing issue twice .They never returned.

They were awesome and understood my concerns from the 1st phone call until the problem was resolved. The tech came out and knew the issue immediately and took control trapping the racoon and removing it for good. I received a text asking me to post a review which is why this is being posted a year after treatment. Paid over $700 for a treatment which had a year warrenty for treatment as needed. Still had issues after treatment, I called, left messages, they said they were coming back two seperate times to retreat but couldnt provide a time. They never came and I had to find a more responsive company to come and take care of the issue. When you are dealing with chemicals being sprayed in and around your home, go with a responsive company that doesnt take your money and run.

The company did any excellent job. We had mice getting into our house. Since they came and treated the house we have been mouse free.

We contacted this company to deal with a raccoon problem in our attic. The service was expensive. They did come promptly but after the initial placement of the traps, they never returned multiple phone calls and messages. We had to hire somebody else to take the trap out after the raccoon was taken care of

They did not get raid of the mice in their first application. I paid they said I have coverage for a year when I called no answeref I left message no one called me back I had to call terminex to get raid of the mice

COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!The raccoon issue was never addressed!I was charged for a job that was never completed! They DO NOT call you back!I finally contacted Critter Control and theytook care of the problem. I should have called this professional company first!

I had an infestation of raccoons with babies in the eaves of my home . While installing a One way trap on the roof the workers put a hole in my roof. The company promised to patch up any entry holes and take the trap away as soon as the raccoons exited. I called many many times with no response. I finally had to have the problem completed by another company. Shortly afterwards Your workers did show up at my door. I told him the job is complete. I was very disappointed by your company to say the least.

We had Rambo the Raccoon break into our roof in Dec 2018 and we used this service. Rambo revisited us in April 2020, same spot in the roof! Jersey pest, in both instances, were VERY responsive (we called at 10 PM and 11 PM at night for service; they were at our home within 2 hours) and very professional. When they came in April 2020 the service was free due to the warranty from Dec 2018. Hopefully Rambo will not come back!

Had a raccoon in the attic in November 2-18 Jersey Pest & Animal Control came out and set up mechanisms so raccoon could leaving not get back in. Very pleasant professionals.

I had an issue and they had to come back. I left them a lot of messages and they never got back to me or came back.

They did good work except for one item. They never finished the job. Never came back to finish. After numerous voice mails, they never responded back to address problem. Thats why one star.
