I just got my first delivery of ground beef. I purchased the 10 lbs ground beef per month subscription. It costs $2.99 per pound, or just over $30 after taxes. I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered 3 days later. Their website says it could take up to three weeks to deliver, so I was surprised to see it so fast. Talk about under promise and over deliver! Anyways, I’m excited to make burgers out of it this weekend. I’m sure they will be tasty.

Idaho Direct Beef has been absolutely amazing. The ordering process has been simple. The prices are really competitive. The communication has been great. As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation email with my order. I also received a confirmation of when I would receive my shipment. Then... as promised it showed up on my doorstep. I was impressed that the beef is from a local farmer. My order consisted of steak and hamburger. Absolutely tasty and very high grade. Ive been quite impressed and will continue to make orders. It certainly beats needing to run to the grocery store just to pick up some meat. Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered a quarter beef in October of 2020. Here it is the end of February 2021 and still no beef. They have given us the runaround so many times.My next move is a complaint with the BBB.

Just received our first order of beef from you. This is absolutely the best tasting hamburger we have ever tasted in our lives. Tommorow is my birthday & 2 t-bones are ready for the BBQ. Absolutely pleased with service & the product. Thank you.

I put in an order for 10 pds of rib eyes on 8/20, waited and texted to be to told it is goin out soon, finally got a date of Monday to be delivered. So on Wed I called again to ask about my order. The girl said let me find out and I will call you back. So we talked again for her to tell me they only had 8 1)2 pds of rib eyes so they couldnt send out our order. My question is how do you run a meat packing business when in 2 months you cant come up with 10 pds of meat. The only thing I was told was sorry this happened to you. Well I wont be doin business at Idaho Direct Beef Company. I dont even give 1star but it made me hit a star to continue on. One very unhappy customer. I was really hoping to be a new customer to this business. Sad Judy Phillips
