Been at this store 4 times this year can’t shop because there is never a battery cart available. Home Depot always has charged carts ready. accessibility sucks

Had them replace all doors and windows (over $12k). All three doors leak water under them and air blows right through the edges. They ruined the surround on the main entry door. A few windows feel drafty, but they tell me that is normal (I bought triple pain). They were supposed to replace the doors today 7/27, so I took the day off for install. Now they call to inform me my replacements came in wrong and install wont be happening. I have spent over $25k at Lowes over the last 2 years and this is how they treat me! I paid more at Lowes than the competition, I figured you get what you pay for, guess I was wrong. Dont use this Store! Just got off the phone with corporate (49 min. wait) and they told me the doors were damaged, at least get your stories straight.

I have gone to this particular lowes store 4 times in the last 2 months because their website said it had the item in stock. The most recent item was supposed to have 47 in stock. I went into the store and there were 0 on every item I needed. Going to just start going to home depot at least their website is accurate. Even two employees helping me laughed and said the website is always wrong.

Plain and simple, Lowes treats disabled veterans with respect and care. The other orange place, whom I care not to mention by name, well, their respect for veterans... not the case. Pretty Tragic! Lowes will forever get our business! Also, it just seems like the people who work there are happier.

Called everywhere for ladybugs and Lowes was the only place to get them in this season. They were super helpful and informational when I called. The price was reasonable too.

I use to hate Lowes because at every other Lowes in the country, you have to seriously hunt down someone to get help, IF you can find anyone. At this one, theyre ahead of the game and have great service. Even the cashiers are friendly. Its not what Im used to from Lowes but I like it!

Lowes is an awesome home improvement store, they are like home depot but more organized, they take a particular amount of pride in setting up their displays. Especially in their garden center, if there is any work that needs to be done this is the place for your supplies, plus their knowledgeable staff is always willing to help. I highly recommend this store.

Highly disappointed in the customer service the last couple months. Every time I went in, no registers were open and only had self checkout. As I see 4 employees standing around the exit having a B.S. session, I ask the girl at the self checkout “why are none of the registers opened anymore?” Her response was “cause we don’t have enough employees”..... I now go to Home Depot. If I wanted to ring up dozens of items myself, you better put me on the payroll!! Time is money!! And you waste a lot of peoples time!! To much standing around! Get to work!

They had a nice selection of succulents. And a cute chili pepper plant!

All Customer Service Representatives had been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this location, they made my visit a pleasurable stop, I shall be returning forsure.

They called to tell us our carpet was ready. We arrived at the store at 2pm and for the next THREE hours were told, “sorry, it’ll be out in 5 we’re unloading it from the truck.”At 5pm the carpet was finally ready. They did not offer to help us load it in our truck, and when asked, no one was available to do so.Would recommend going to Home Depot across Yellowstone unless you want to sit around for hours getting the runaround and then breaking your back to load what you’ve spent your hard earned money on without help.

Costumer service in this place has really gone down hill over the last 3 or 4 years. Its almost none existent. Extremely hard to get help with countertops and they dont call you back. I left messages for two weeks with people and they kept saying they would call me back about my countertop order they messed up on and never did. I even went through management and ended up tweeting to the CEO to finally get the issue taken care of.

Only giving Lowes 5 stars because of the customer service we got from the cashier, Alayna. Alayna was friendly and positive, extremely helpful and made the whole experience lulling. Waiting for 30 minutes for a manager (she called for one 4 times) was perturbing to say the least. Forunately we had the pleasure of cashing out with Alayna, who help the whole frustration of our trip with Lowes.Lowes is seriously under staffed and having only self check out is a nightmare for those of us who do not understand technology much. There were puddles on the floor, clogged aisles with empty carts and un-stocked product boxes, tripping hazards with hoses and extension cords on the ground crossing main walkways.

A few weeks ago my husband, son, and I drove from Salt Lake City, UT to the Pocatello, ID store because they were the only ones that had the tongue and groove wood that we needed. I checked with customer service, and they assured me that it had come in that week. I checked online the morning we drove up, and they still had it. We drove 2 1/2 hours to find out that the couldnt find it. Rayce could see how upset I was and spent a long time looking for it, and then digging it out from the back. I really appreciate the extra time he took to help us. Way to go Rayce!

I love Lowes! They offer great service and more than not know how to actually help you. There is always a newbie thats still learning but it is a great place to shop!

If it were possible to give a zero I would. Parents paid thousands of dollars to do a kitchen install and it has been 3 weeks and counting without a kitchen sink. I talked to Dallin at Lowe’s and he didn’t have a care in the world about someone going without a kitchen sink for weeks. They hire people far away to do the job and it’s the installers side job so they just get to it when it’s convenient for them. Horrible service.

A whole lot better then home depot

Lowes totally misled me about the availability of recliners. The website for the Pocatello store shows at least 50 different recliners when, in fact, they do not have a single one in stock or even available as a floor model.

Very disappointed with the order of our cabinets. Waited six weeks for order. One cabinet missing other damaged. Got contractors waiting . Called cabinet maker not lowes . Could take up to six weeks on waiting. Was told when ordered it would take up to fithteen working days for damage cabinets. And still missing one. Takes longer than we were told on day of sale. ]

I mean. I work here so its a great store, great customer service, amazing associates, but like I said I work here and lets be honest do any of us like work?

Very disappointed with Lowe’s lawn mowers and service. Bought a lawn mower last May. Within about 30 days the spring that holds the bag down started failing and blowing grass in my children’s face when they mowed. Big safety issue. Tried to fix it with no luck. Brought it in to the store and they had to ship it to the factory for repairs and would not refund money. Then waited for weeks for it to be repaired while our lawn grew out of control. When I finally got the lawn mower back, supposedly repaired, I mowed once with it and it blew grass in my face again. I again brought it in to the store for repair and they again sent it in to the factory and would not refund money. I got the lawn mower back again after many weeks of it being in for repair. This time I had to pay $20 to get my mower back which I think is crazy as the mower has been a problem since it was just a few weeks old. Now it is winter and won’t be able to test mower until spring. We buy a lot of stuff at Lowe’s and this is this is terrible customer service.

They didnt have what I was looking for. But they have lots of things for your yard to make it look the best. Didnt check prices. They were busy for a Saturday.

I returned some items and their computer said I all ready returned them. How us that possible when I had them with me. 2 weeks later they called me and were arranging to pick up those same items I finally was able to returnTheir computer system is messed up

The store needs to remember that females are veterans too. I went in on Veterans Day to get something and the lady upfront who was greeting the veteran was rude to me. I’m a veteran and deserve the same respect as a male veteran. If I wanted to be treated like this I’d go to Home Depot. I tried calling your store but no one would answer.

Waited for 15 minutes for help getting carpet after calling for an associate, no one showed, someone walked past and called someone else instead of helping then told us Jacob was on his way. We then waited another 10 minutes for Jacob and finally just decided to leave and go to home Depot. Horrible customer service

I purchased cabinets from Lowes in Pocatello last week. Shawn was super knowledgeable and treated us (both me and my wife with a ton of respect and patience) We are very particular and have a lot of demands for what we want when we pay large sums of money like what was required for this project. Once wed finalized and paid for our cabinets, we realized we were missing out on a big promotion by not reaching a promotion $ amount of $10K for our project,(30% for over $10K vs. only 20% for under $10K) we realized we could add 3 additional cabinets in areas we needed them for a very small increase in out of pocket cost. The problem was we had already paid and ordered, and the promotion ended the next day. Shawn took our new cabinets, priced them out, negotiated the refund of the original and spent over an hour with me and the head cashier (Jack) who was also amazing, working to make sure we got the deal we expected. The system they have their is not optimal and required a lot of work arounds by Jack and Shawn to get the correct price worked out. They were super gracious and did everything they could and ended up getting us the exact deal we expected. Great team work and customer service by both the Cabinets Department and Cashier Department. We have shopped around at several cabinet providers and either felt insulted by the person we worked with or priced out by excessively expensive local contractors. We will definitely go to Lowes again should we have need for more cabinets. Thank you Shawn and Jack!

We had an online order which we picked up. One item was slightly damage but when I told them they swapped it out for me. There was some other items I needed and they helped me locate them and got me on my way fairly fast. It seems the prices are either the same as home depot or slightly better.I just changed my review from 4 stars to 2. We drove an hour to this store because the Lowes.com site said they had about 30 of an item we needed to finished a project. We couldnt find the item on the shelf and asked an employee who looked where we had and said they didnt have it. We left and an hour later the website showed 70 on hand. We went back and found the item out back. After talking to a manager and telling them what happened and where the item was we got what we needed.

This location has a great amount of friendly and knowledgeable associates who are willing to help you from the beginning to the end of your shopping list. If the associate helping you doesnt know how to help, they will find someone who can. Said associate will not just leave you in an aisle and tell you someone is on their way.

Dont ask an associate for help. Youll only getnot my department from everyone of them

My wife says this is my toy store. I have been remodeling our home and have been spending a lot of time at Lowes. I am impressed with the quality of the items I have bought for the kitchen. I bought the unfinished cabinets and finished them myself. Overall satisfied with my experience.

Best home improvement selection in Pocatello! You can sign up for a 10% military discount too which was quick and easy for me online (only at their website). I recommend going here over the competition for this reason alone!

Well! Had to replace my kitchen faucet, so I bought one at Lowes took it home only to find out that water lines were a different size then the old one. So back to Lowes to look for a 1/2 male to 3/8s male reducers, I had my doubts, but with the help of a retired school teacher we/he was able to find what was needed for me to finish the job. Has everything I need at a decent price. Buying a new faucet the kid from the department kept bothering and annoying me while I was browsing the displays. Need to hire older associates. Went over to Home Depot and bought from them instead. Good way to run paying customers away.

Great company showing support for the military and honoring the fallen

Bought a item and it didnt fit and they refused to return it even though we had it on our Lowes Advantage card that we bought it and never used it and according to the return policy we have 365 days to return the item. So we cannot use it and its worthless and Jack at the store refused to return the item.

Here’s a shout out to Jack in customer service who was so helpful today. The self checkout computer went down during my transaction. He took me to a regular checkout lane and we did the transaction again. Unfortunately, the transaction went through twice so I was charged twice. I went back to the store, and Jack Happily credited the amount back to my check card. And it was during his lunch break. Thanks, Jack. I gave four stars instead of five because of the faulty computer in the self checkout lane.

Lowes has let me down again. Went to exchange a kobalt power tool that has a 5yr warranty. (Which is why i bought it). I had the receipt as well. Tool is less than a year old as well. I was told they cannot exchange the tool and that i would have to contact the manufacture to get a resolution. In the past i have had no issue returning or exchanging kobalt tools, etc. I feel lowes has slowly gotten worse and worse over the years. I occasionally make my way back to the store for something expecting an improvement but always seem to get let down. In my opinion go to home depot, you will be treated better......

Daughter is in a brand new home, husband and I have been to Lowes 8 out of the last 9 days to get her settled and secure before we return home (out of state). Lowes has had everything we need, including some wonderful, helpful, and very charming personnel. Thank you Lowes!

I have been going to home depot for many years. I was forced to go to lowes and found the customer service was incredible, what took me 2 hours at depot took me half hour at lowes.

Well I go to this store a lot, but today I was just a little put out. I purchased a lawn mower and when it came time to get it in my car a young man (probably 20) standing at least 62 and weighing around 180 lbs in excellent shape made me, a 62 year old woman load my own lawn mower. Nice work Lowes. Guess next purchase I will go to home depot, where they at least help you.

Went today to see about getting a new front door and never got help. Stood next to the desks in the area while two women sat and talked and laughed very loudly while we stood next to them. Not once did they ask us if we needed help. It wasnt until another gentleman walked by and got Bill I think was his name to help us. Bill was wonderful but these two woman were terrible. If not for Bill we would have gone to home depot.

None of the 4 associates that I asked for help could help me. All of them just said not my dept

Today my boyfriend, who is a Navy veteran and I went into Lowes looking for a simple part to fix our bathroom door. Not only did we discover they dont sell that item, it took two employees ten minutes to figure out they dont have it. On top of all that, when we went to pay for our items, the cashier was rude about my boyfriend trying to use his military discount. Just because hes not in their system he couldnt use the discount. He even presented his military ID. We went as far as going to customer service to have them apply it, we were told he has to sign up for their program. Once he did that, he could come back within a month of todays date and get his discount. Thats beyond wrong ! As long as you have proper identification, you shouldnt have to sign up for a rewards program !! Lowes has lost two customers for life due to their policy.

Lowes was great!! Out of the three stores i went to, they were the only ones with the concrete tree rings i was looking for. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also handled my return kindly and quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lumber yard is lacking. About 95% of hand tools offered are from China. No Klein tools. Employees have very little knowledge of the trades. Why even have employees if they know very little to nothing about their job and cant help point customers in the right direction. Lowes is heading in the wrong direction and becoming more watered down as time goes on. Sad. Lowes has become the Harbor Freight superstore.
