Laundry. Where do I even begin. The attendant was very rude. First, he says, YOU CANT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THE WASH! I DONT CARE IF HIS CLOTHES ARE DIRTY, HE CANT WEAR THEM WHILE YOU WASH THEM! Then, two minutes later, he says, PUT SOME CLOTHES ON YOUR CHILD. THIS IS PUBLIC NUDITY! Long story short, the police showed up, my tax evasion streak is over, and I cant see my kid till next February.

Been coming here for years. The speed queen app makes it so convenient when you don’t want to lug a bunch of change around too. Would highly recommend if you don’t have a washer/dryer or you just have an abundance of clothes. They have 8x load and I’m a procrastinator with laundry. Makes it nice to do everything all at once in a couple of hours at most. Always nice and clean too.

It is a decent price and there are enough washers and dryers for when the place is packed!

They have the newest the cleanest machines Ive ever used from a public laundry facility A bit pricey than most but you cannot go wrong if you like wearing clean duds.

Its a big laundromat with plenty of machines. I think the app idea for use of the machines is cool, I do wish they had a few more quarter machines or cash exchanging machine.

Jags is clean and CHEAP! Public restroom and a small section for snacks in the vending machine. They have a few games and quarter machines for kids on the side. Feels like a small town laundrymat. We liked it!

They have a false advertising, as in it says on the door for the full cycle of laundry use 2.50 or $3 for the dryer but no matter what you have to use 2.50 to dry . I needed to dry a few delicates and WASTED money. the ONLY reason I occasionally go here is they stay open till 1am.

Always am happy with jags the large capacity washers and the dryers I only have to use once for drying and I can a lot of clothes and towels and bedding done at once. Awesome.

Always clean. Dryers work great. Love the online pay ideas. Enjoy that they have a vending machine an a couple of games for kids to play.

Jags Laundromat is an excellent place to get ur laundry clean & with all new washers & dryers, I know my clothes will come out clean,& dried to perfection.

They have brand new machines and I get my 9 loads of laundry done in record time. Ive never had any problems their.

Jags laundromat is one of the cleanest laundry mats Ive ever been in and it also has some of the largest machines Ive ever seen. The largest washers can wash 8 loads of clothes at once. I pass several laundry mats, that are much closer to my house, to go to Jaqs. My clothes are always dry even 15 minutes before the dryer is done However, this weekend, I purchased a new washer. I recommend Jaqs, its right between Fast Bucks and Harley Davidson, on Yellowstone.

I put soap in the washing machine but there was no suds in the washing machine. Did I put enough soap in there of course. I did. I didnt care for it but I did like the dryer.

IDK if Ill go back here to do my laundry. Washers R fine but the dryers wont start till U put in $2.50 . & if U dont have the full amount then U cant dry Ur laundry.

I realize this place is new but I enjoyed the layout and how clean this place is. The washers give you a few different options on wash cycles. Also, you dont have to worry about having cash (pockets full of quarters). Nice machines and affordable too.

We love Jags. Huge washing machines! They also do such a nice job keeping the place clean.

Okay people lets be real right now, I used to love going to Jags and doing my laundry. But guess what, the last few times going there, there has been these weird homeless people keeping the door wedged open with the rock. So come to find out the doors lock at 1 a.m. in the morning and they figure hey I wont be cold tonight Ill just go stay at Jags. Well when you have homeless people coughing and sneezing all over your laundromat and not wearing a mask or any face cover. Thats my queue to never go back. People shouldnt be allowed to make themselves at home and treat a business like that like its their own home! Veryupset that I had to right this because I loved that place but not anymore!

I usually come here for my laundry and I use the app speed queen so its easy and I dont have to fiddle with quarters. Today when I came in, the washer wasnt listed on the app for the washer I was using. The OWNER, Mike, just happened to be there and approached me and asked how my day was going. I told him I was just trying to figure out the app. He seen right off the bat that this washer was missing on the list and went out of his way to take quarters out of the change machine and give me a free wash. I didnt know he was the owner untill after he did this! Friggen phenomenal this guy is! This truly speaks volumes as to what kind of character owns Jags Laundromat! Ill never go anywhere else.

Great place for when youre ina bind due to broken washer/dryer. Kinda pricey for anyone needing long term! But thats personal opinion. Convenient location, open late

Excellent service

Best one in town. Ive never had issues with the owners. There are some times when its busy or late at night that its very dirty and it would be great if someone came in more often to clean. The renovations that have been made are great and I like the big washers. Cleaner or new dryers should be next on the list. Some are pretty unreliable or gross.

I love it here because of the free WiFi. I can watch a movie while I do laundry! Machines are clean as is the tables & bathroom. They respond quickly to after hours phone number if there is a problem.

The owners here are great we had a washer that would not add water to it we called the number and the owner was there within 15 minutes apologizing and fixing the issue true customer service we will be coming back plus the place is always clean

I got my laundry done very quickly and at the expected price. I like this laundry mat for its extended hours of service as I like to do laundry at odd times sometimes.

Works ok. Decent enough.Have seen homeless people here. Once saw poop in three of the washers. Kinda awful.Nothing that you wouldnt expect at a laundromat unfortunately.Oh, and theyre open real early till real late. They also have arcade machines, free wifi and a TV. Excluding the occasional person or misused machine, overall ok.

I had to do the same load 3 times to get all the laundry soap out of my clothes even after using half of what I normally use as directed by the facility. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

I definitely think Jags laundromat is the best in town. The space is large, so even on a busy day there are places to sit and washers available. The owners are also very nice and showed my husband and I how we could fit 6 loads in a large washer and save money (we were using 6 separate washers before). It is also in a convienent location right off of Yellowstone, so while our clothes are washing we can stop by Fred Meyer, Winco or Walmart to get some groceries. Also, free WiFi :)
