I am a former employee and can not speak higher about this company and management. I was not able to stay long as an employee as we moved to Boise. However while I was there I saw the team bend over backwards to work with customers. Unlike another review I read their customer service is amazing with a great office staff. They have supper knowledgeable Techs both on the Printer and Computer repair. You can trust that when you take a computer or printer they will treat you right. They are so good I would drive from Boise to have something repaired.

Laser Xpress has the worst customer service on the planet. If you have a month and a half to leave your computer with them, are happy to receive almost zero word about what theyre doing with your computer, and dont mind being treated like a thorn in their backside, I would totally recommend this place. I honestly have no idea how theyre even still in business.
