For one, they never check voicemail so if youre even a little late, even after trying to call and say exactly when youll be in on the day the payment is due, they go and cash the check and say you never got a hold of them. Secondly, half the time I do come as early as I can, they arent there during their listed covid hours. Very unprofessional and terrible at returning communication. Would not recommend.

Wyatt has always been very sweet and understanding when I’ve had issues making payments on time, they truly do have their customers’ best interest at heart! 10/10 would recommend 😊

Terrible place to go for a title loan. The person that helped me over the phone was absolutely horrible. She would not listen but very quick to say no. She assumed my car was damaged. I drive a nice BMW and between jobs hence why Im resorting for a short term solution. I would not recommend.

My first loan was a good experience, unfortunately my second title loan from them was absolutely horrific. All I asked to do was change my payment due date and she insisted that I had to refinance my loan in order to do so. She failed to inform me of exactly what that meant as Ive never refinanced anything before and come to find out she rolled back my loan to the beginning so the $900+ i paid in interest alone was void. Short version is i had to pay the loan twice just cos i wanted a different due date.
