I mean, not to be rude or anything.. but I think the local McDonald’s that had to close the drive through due to being understaffed and only has 3 15-year olds working there runs a better show than these troglodytes. Those same teenagers could probably do a better job running this place as well. Garbage.

Here from out of town and had to get my blood drawn. Michael did a great job, was kind, courteous and did not have to wait long!

Our family had a complex blood draw requiring some added atypical protocols. Initially, it was a little tricky getting on the same page with the staff. But after a bit, they did some extra reading and preparation to make it happen smoothly.

As a former cancer patient, I know which vein works best for a blood draw, and I asked the tech to use a butterfly. He tried to talk me out of it, and I asked why. His reply was that it was cheaper for him. I told him we were done and left. I will mot tolerate that kind of treatment, nor should anyone else tolerate that level of disrespect.

The staff is excellent and extremely efficient.They have always been very professional and I would recommend them for the quality lab work I have received.

I didnt get his name, but the guy was very rude. He acted like I was ruining his day by asking him simple questions. He also wasnt giving me time to make decisions, demanding an answer to his questions immediately. Then after he made me all upset and scared, he had the nerve to sternly tell me to relax when he went to draw my blood. Just get your blood drawn at the Portneuf lab, where they are professional and kind.

Consistently fast and painless blood draw. I hardly knew I was pricked. Very skilled, obviously experienced.

I went for labs at 8 am when they opened. The tech and I discussed how the labs were to be done stat and he kept repeating to me that I would get the results same day due to the request by the doctor for stat. I called my clinic at around 3 and they did not have them yet so they called labcorp and they stated that they did not run them as stat and if they started to run them it would be another 3 to 4 hours. Horrible service. Go to express labs instead.

The man working there was VERY rude. I requested the records of my minor daughter and he said that Lab Corp doesnt release patient records to the patient. This is a direct violation of HIPAA Law. When I reminded him of that he told me that they werent my records but my 13 year old daughters records. Unprofessional, unethical, and illegal.

Charged me $57.00 to do what I found out later could have been done at local hospital for $14 00 then did not send the results to my Dr. As requested on the lab order I provided. Ill certainly not be returning for more labs. Choose the hospital instead and save the money and delay in care.

The Guy doing intake named tom was extremely rude. I am disappointed at our experience

My experience happend about 2 months ago. The reason I am writing this now is because I was so angry when it happened that I thought I would let some time pass so I could be as fair as possible. My wife and drove a hour and a half to this labcorp so she could get some blood drawn that she had to have for a upcoming doctors visit. When we got there at about 2:00 pm her blood work request hadnt arrived yet so we decided to try and get a hold of her doctor to see what was going on. We decided to leave and come back as soon as we could get a hold of her doctor. One the employees was a very nice guy who said as long as we got back before they closed it would be fine. We finally got a hold of my wifes doctor and they were faxing them for us. So we went back to labcorp at about 4:40 and the lab tech who was there was not very happy to see us. We were still waiting on the paper work to be faxed and we apologized that it was taking so long and he replies oh I dont care because if its not here by 5:00 Im shutting those doors and you can come back monday so Im a little surprised by his attitude but I thought well maybe hes just had a bad day so I let it slide. Well were feeling bad because this has taken so long and hes clearly annoyed which I understood. So my wife says sorry I hope were not keeping you too late. And he responds well come on you knew you were going to keep me late as soon as you came in huh by this point Im getting angry because we didnt want to be there either and we have been nothing but polite and apologetic but he just has one snarky remark after another. He finally sits down to take my wifes blood and hes complaining to us about how we are making him late to dinner with his wife. He also says to us if you dont mind me asking, why did you have to have this done today? Again we drove a hour and a half to get there and it wasnt our fault that the paper work wasnt there. My wife has really small veins and so its rare that she ever gets poked just once and she hates getting her blood drawn because of it. So by this point its a uncomfortable situation and hes getting mad because he cant get the vein and keeps telling her relax! So finally he gets it and she has to give a urine sample and hes talking through the door to her kind of trying to hurry her along. We get done with everything and were walking out the door and Im fuming by this point but my wife being a better person than me says I would have brought you some cookies if I knew we were going to make you late and he responded well you should of because you knew you were going to make me late we leave and I am really angry. I couldnt believe how unprofessional and out right rude he was. I had never been treated like that as a customer. I sent in a written complaint but I have no idea what happen with those so I wanted to post a review on here as well. So if you need to get work done make sure its not with the lab tech who goes by the name Bo because he is the most unprofessional person I have ever met.

The staff was professional and courteous. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Absolutely amazing people! They do their job and do it well!!!!!!
