I serviced both of my daughters cars. One at jiffy lube and the other at grease monkey. My experience at grease monkey was much better. Better attitude. Better service and was even less expensive. They will be my family go to for now on. Great job guys!

The professionals at Grease monkey do things the right way and I love that they check with customers before doing anything extra. I never feel pressured to get anything extra done, and I feel like they care about the work they do. They are on time, prompt, and courteous. The only complaint I have is the cost. It is SO EXPENSIVE. And they have raised their prices for oil changes since the last time I came. I honestly think they shouldn’t be charging so much. I can get oil changes elsewhere for much less.Come here for a quality oil change or work, just be prepared to pay.

I’ve used the grease monkey on Quinn road several times now and the staff there is great. Amy and Moises are super helpful and they have always been willing to work with me and let me bring my own brake pads, rotors etc in to have them be installed on my vehicle. They seem to beat most other places in town on their pricing for labor as well. Definitely recommend them for vehicle maintenance needs.

This Grease Monkey is beyond professional. Very nice employees and very respectful. They did very fast, but thorough work on changing my oil, rotating my tires, checking and making sure all tires were at 35 psi, checking my air filter, checking my front and rear differentials and topping off my coolant and lubing my joints. It took them less than 25 minutes to do all that with a huge line of cars out the back! I’m not surprised about the lines because good work has much value these days. I was very impressed.I am a guy who usually does all this by myself or occasionally ask one of my family members with certain things. I know my way around my car and I was very critical about their work because I’ve heard horror stories of people driving off without them putting oil back in the car and crazy things like that. I checked and re-checked their work and they did phenomenal in servicing my car with a truck engine, and they earned my trust.The reason they got 4/5 stars was the air filter guy has to take 2 bolts off the frame to remove a stabilizer bar to remove the top of the air filter case which he did great at. But when he replaced the air filter and put the case cover back on he forgot to put the bar back in place and bolt it back down. I looked when I got home to ensure that they did everything I asked and I even missed it when we did the quality walk through with the employee. But I caught it in my driveway and I’m thankful the bolts and bar didn’t fall into the engine compartment and out onto the street. It’s not an essential part of the car, but next time remember to button it all back up.Thank you Grease Monkey! See you in about 3 months!

Amazing customer service. The Toyota dealership was too full for any day of services so I took my car into grease monkey for the first time. Very knowledgeable staff and super kind!

Had the radiator flushed and oil change on a old van that was overheating. Everyone was super nice and efficient. They were also quick and courteous. They installed the back seat for me and checked the battery. They were all around awesome. I will definitely be going back to them with my van and any other cars i may have in the future.

They said theyd give you a $1off for each minute they were late and seem proud of that. But my car was more than 5 minutes passed the time they said it would be ready and I didnt see $5 off. But I just wanted to get out of there. It was 2x the price I normally pay at the dealership but it was way faster, there is soda, and popcorn and a free car wash so it wasnt a big deal. Id probably go again when I miss my dealership appointment again.

This place is fast! They were so courteous and didnt try to talk you into something you werent able to afford at the moment. We even got a free car wash!

We arrived there and were greeted immediately. They said it would be 25 minutes so we said okay and walked next door to the Big 5. We walked back a couple minutes before 25 minutes and our car was finished. We were also given a complimentary car wash. They forgot to put the code of the wash on our paperwork, but the nice girl working the wash gave us the free wash and offered to towel dry the car when it was done. Thank you for the good service.

Wow. This place quoted me $9.99 per light to get the fog removed from my headlights. They ended up charging me $50. I was told it would be 45 minuets and it was just over an hour. I noticed they reset the time for how long my car was in there so they wouldnt have to discount the visit. They also turned my lights on and left them on killing the battery. I chose the $74.99 oil change and they charge me $15 more. They said I couldnt wash my car for 48 hours due to the headlight restoration but they got the past all over the car around the headlight. I hope it washes off the car in 48 hours. Ill update this about that in a few days when I was the car.

I really enjoyed getting my vehicle serviced here. So honest and nice! Pricing felt a little high, but Im glad they didnt treat me (a young female) like an idiot or try to scam me out of anything. So efficient as well. Definitely will be coming back.

I only called them to clarify what they could do to my car, needed a transmission fluid change, not a flush, thats exactly how I said it. Whoever I talked to, was so dumb, they didnt even know what I was talking about! He claimed they dont do a *change*, instead of a whole flush. I called Jiffy Lube instead, and had a NORMAL experience, instead

Please dont waste your $$ on the drive through car wash. I purchased the elite wash and after I went through I still had bird droppings on my windshield and Hood, it missed about half of the car.😟Dont waste your money!!

I took my Kia Soul to the Grease Monkey on Quinn Rd. in Pocatello, ID for a full service oil change, tire rotation, to have some rock chips in the windshield filled. During the service they checked the cabin air filter and broke BOTH of the clips that hold the cover and air filter in place. They did not notify me of this they simply shoved it back in place. I had checked the cabin air filter prior to this service and neither clips were broken prior to this service.

Have used this service for many years. They are fast, professional and very friendly! Manager Kirk always goes above and beyond to make customers happy.

Tires need to be set 4 psi over recommended pressure. my light came on the next day.

Took my car to have oil change done. Was quick and reasonably priced. Upon returning home found damage to car so my husband called and had the manager pull up cameras. Mechanic hit another vehicle with my car and didn’t tell me about it! Be wary! Guy driving just made excuses and didn’t take it seriously. Manager apologized and worked out free oil change next time. Won’t be returning. Not considerable damage but should have been informed immediately.

This was my first time getting my oil changed professionally and it save me an hour and a half of doing it myself at home topped off my fluids and air filter changed all in 18 minutes will definitely be going there again!!!!

Always the fastest oil changes. They always check my fluids, filters and can even rotate my tires if needed. Great service and price!

Good oil change. They know what they’re doing, but they did a couple of checks that I feel weren’t necessary though I am going to college to be a mechanic. I can see how it can help some less knowledgeable customers though. I just felt like they were trying to make the price go up. Overall it a good quality place and the cheapest option for an oil change

Rotate tires and checked the air pressure, changed the oil and replaced the the air & cabin filters. Fast & friendly. I’ve been using this Grease Monkey on & off since it’s opened at this location or since I moved here in 1986 whichever was first.

I really love taking my vehicle here, the service is friendly and professional. They qouted me a time and my oil & transmission fluid change was done early. They dont try to pressure you into anything but they do let you know whats going on with all the fluids in your car.When they are done they personally show you the fluid levels and make sure all the caps are in place and securedId definitely recommend them if you are considering where to take your car for your next oil change

I came with my mom to get an oil change because she doesn’t speak a whole lot of English and was nervous to go by herself, and we were very surprise that they actually had a guy that speaker Spanish, he was the one that greeted us and checked us out at the end and as soon as he saw my mom was having troubles he asked her if she speaker Spanish and then my mom got so happy that there was someone who she could speak with in her own language and explained the services in detail and my mom could actually understand. We are very Thankful, you guys should really advertise that you have Spanish speaker at your facility because a lot of Latinos don’t go because they’re scared of the language barrier, over all had a great experience they got us in and out fast, great quality work and I was glad to see the checked the caps with us to make sure everything went well. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was amazing Thank you so much for helping out my mom. 😊

Didnt reset change oil light. Put sticker sloppily over last one wiped off mileage. Everything else was fine.

I had my oil changed, my filters checked, and my tires rotated all under $100. They were super quick and professional. Amy checked everything over with me and was super friendly. They are definitely my new ‘go-to’ shop.

I came in and they got right to work. They changed/filled my oil, rotated/filled my tires, replaced my filters, and checked for anything else they recommend I change. This was all done in just about 20 minutes. They gave me a recommended date to come back as well as a free car wash. And they also cleaned my cab. And the change in my headlights once they cleaned them was amazing. I am completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

It was good the only thing I can say that wasn’t so great was that my cabin air filter had a cover on it and they didn’t put it in right so my jockey box had a bunch of air flowing through it. I was able to put it on myself, maybe next time they could just make sure all the caps and covers are on right.

This place was easy to find had very quick service by friendly, professional, knowledgeable people. The waiting room was comfortable and I appreciate the free coffee, soda and popcorn. I appreciated the 20% disabled veteran discount that they gave out. They went over by 4 minutes and 30 seconds and gave me $5 off for taking longer than expected. However they had to go to their other store to get a engine air filter.

Very good Customer Service. Guy named Dillion worked on my car. Needed headlights replaced on a 1999 VW Bug. Not only were they replaced but was offered the Lens clean as well. Nothing is leaking from my drain plug. Nothing was damaged or Covered Up! I feel these guys do a lot more then JiffySpew!

The Monkey Team did a excellent job and finished the oil change in 11 min. Also I was impressed with the lobby since it offered a soft drink stand and popcorn. I havent had better service in our area.

Fast and friendly staff. Not too happy with the cost though. Oil change and new air filter cost me $109.00. It cost me for my car what I would pay at a dealership for my diesel truck. Definitely taking it to the dealership next time and pay way less.

Disappointing service. Called ahead to make sure they were able to do my transmission fluid along with my oil and was told they could. When I got back to pick up my car they didnt bother to mention they didnt do it until I asked because they couldnt find the fill hole. My first trip went great. I like thst I can just stay in my car and wait. The car wash is a great plus. But the first trip it wasnt mentioned and I was in a hurry and skipped it. I found the people very friendly and did their job very well. My 2nd trip didnt go so well. I had to wait my turn and while I waited and waited the female emoyees were joking around with the guys, laughing loudly and tossing paper towels at them.Maybe they were just waiting on the people underneath to finish, but it was a turn off for me. I like to see employees getting along this was a bit over the top. After 30 minutes. I couldnt wait longer and left to finish my busy day. I ended up changing the oil for that car at a different place to prepare for a long trip. Not saying I wont be back. But you asked for my experience.

The oil change was good. They had a kid to dry off the car after the free car wash but he broke my rear wiper blade while drying off my car. He didnt say a word.

I took my car in for a chip repair and to check the reason for an oil leak. I had a coupon for the windshield repair, and they did the inspection on the leak and charged me $0!!! I will never go to another place for my cars needs. They are fast and friendly. I had my 2 very tired children in the car but needed my oil and tires checked. They were nice enough to let us stay in the car while topping everything off. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ok, it was okay until we get to California and the lower engine shroud is dragging on the front. All the front screws were missing and the 2 that were holding the rest of the shroud on were only finger tight. I was glad the mechanic I found in Victorville didnt screw me over. So thanks basically for nothing!

I went in for an oil change, and specifically asked if it would be possible to drop the skid plate out of the way, before changing the oil. I’ve learned from several other oil changes, that oil gets caught in the skid plate, and ends up leaking onto my driveway. I was told it would not be a problem to do that, and here I am with another oil stain on my driveway...I would gladly use your services again, if you actually did what you said you would do.

Ask why they didn’t clear my service engine light and they said it’s not for a oil change but go to the setting in my car and it says it still needs an oil change but the told me to take it to O’Reilly’s to figure out why the light was still on and O’Reilly’s told me he thinks they were just to lazy to clear the code.

While Grease Monkey does a good job with the services provided, I was concerned that several of the staff, including the man taking the payments, were not wearing masks, and no one asked the two other customers to wear theirs in the waiting room. I will not return to that particular business nearest to Wal-Mart, again.
