Roger is a down to earth honest top notch mechanic who knows exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t overcharge like other shops, he finds the issue and corrects it with no hassle whatsoever. You will never be taken advantage of. This guy truly wants to help people get their vehicles fixed and he does it at a very reasonable cost. Roger is a good dude!

When the start motor of my Toyota Sienna died while making a pit stop on the way to Yellowstone I seriously thought I was going to have to abort my family vacation. How was I going to get help on a Sunday in Pocatello, Idaho! But E & R was open, had the part, and got me back on the road in 2 hours. Roger and his team couldnt have been nicer! Worked on 4th of July to get us on the road again after being stranded in Pocatello due to a transmission issue. The only one in town open on a weekend and holiday. Very quick diagnosis and repair, and so helpful and professional. Easy payment method and super fair. Great quality work. Repair held even on our older model car.

Does amazing job. He is reasonably priced and does a thorough job and he backs up his work. His shop is on American road not Kraft road.
