Great place to get your insurance. We have our auto, ATV, and home insurance through First choice. These guys are proactive. They give me a call to go over my insurance needs and continue to look for the best insurance rates without me asking them to do it. I would definitely use First Choice insurance where you are sure to get the best rates for your auto, ATV and home. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Low Costs AND First Class Service!Im pretty impressed with First Choice Insurance. Not only did they cut my entire bill in half, their service has been top tier. We recently had an accident involving a deer and our car. I was initially worried about how First Choice Insurance customer service might go. After all, they were a lot cheaper than anyone else I spoke with. Perhaps cut-costs might equal cut-service.Im happy to report that I have had every bit of attention that I would have expected from one of the premium-cost companies. Im disappointed. I have had my home insurance with them for 8 years now. I thought that they would help bridge that gap that sometimes occurs between the big insurance companies and the homeowners. When my claim was messed up 4 years ago and then brought to their attention recently, they were great to work with. However, when the insurance company wouldnt cover my roof, I called to get better understanding. I was told that I should feel lucky I got what I did and that I should just go with it. I asked for a copy of my policy and for 8 years my roof was mis-labeled in the policy along with my personal info. When I brought it to their attention they said it must have been an error and that it actually saved me money but theyll fix it. I realized in that moment I wasnt anything special to them. So after hearing that the insurance wouldnt cover me, I turned to them and I got talked down to and told to feel lucky I got what I got. I already got a quote at Farm Bureau. Better coverage, much cheaper than what First Choice could get.

Best office and insurance agents in town! I was with my previous carrier for years, always thought I was getting great rates, and I was. Dewight Lee asked me if he could quote my insurance and I told him sure, but he would be wasting his time as I thought there was no way he could beat my awesome insurance. Well, I was wrong! He beat it and improved my coverage. I HIGHLY recommend Dewight and his office! Very professional, excellent service!!

We literally saved just over 50% on our homeowners policy and just under on our vehicle insurance. The customer service is great, the savings are great, and you dont have to pay extra for a local agent whos in your corner. No more call centers for me. First Choice is the best.

We asked for glass coverage. They told us we had it then when it came time to get the windshield replaced find out we dont. Other than that though the experience has been good.

Worst experiences ever I called for over 1 hour to get a hold of some one from 3-4 on a Tuesday. No answer no one called me back, whats the point of having insurance if you cant ever get a hold of sum one, NEVER USE this COMPANY!!!!!! Moreover as you can see they leave early and dont inform customers, is it difficult to change the voice mail to let customers know they arent open?????

Started off great, great service and great communication but then just like any other business forgets about you. Called them various times no answer then i tried to call customer service and they couldnt help me. Finally got of hold of them and the way my home insurance was set up was 2 different policies. Finally got that straightened, then something simple a motorcycle quote, called and left message and email!!! nothing for about 3 weeks, finally someone called made a excuse about telephone lines being cut? okay gave her info again and its been more than 1 week and no response. Never do business with them again, currently looking to switch everyone over. I would give them a negative # but i didnt give me that option.

They lady in the office kept telling me that other people in my household are required to be on my policy. I told her that I would be the only one driving the vehicle. She wouldnt take no for an answer. She wouldnt give me a quote unless I put them on my insurance policy.
