You dont see a lot of other cleaning and restoration companies that really care about their customers. But that stops with this company! Bryant was the man who helped me, he came out to my place and did a very fair quote and was honest and direct with me while at the same time maintaining great customer service. Rocky mountain cleaning and restoration were wonderful to work with for our water damage. They came promptly and got the fans going immediately to dry us out. The cleanup and restoration were done in a timely manner. The work was impeccable. Great communication and helped with our insurance claim. We had another small leak a couple of months later and they had us all patched up within a week. Definitely will be calling them for any other services we may need in the future.

Weve had more than our share of water damage in the last year, and Ive dealt with three different Restoration companies. Point is, Rocky Mountain is a exception. Ian and his crew did good work, had patience with frustrated homeowners, got things done in a timely manner, and most importantly, communicated well. Its a dirty job with many problems along the way, but they are the best in the area, by far.

Ive had excellent work by RMC&R. Our carpets are probably 20 years old, a nightmare to clean. RMC&R cleaned out stains in the rug noticable for 5 years and I thought were permanent. Particularly this path is notoriously treaded on and RMC&R removed the wear and lifted the color dramatically. 5 star service.

Ok... stuck in the house during quarantine with 4 crazy kids who eat everywhere! You should have seen the mess... I kid you not, bad news... these guys came over- carpet looks new!!! They finished the job in half the time anywhere else had given us. They worked with our insurance and made sure we got everything we needed fixed at best possible rates. Absolutely outstanding customer service which is hard to find now days. I tried shampooing up some pet stains on my own but couldnt get the smell out of my house. It was a week before a birthday party I had scheduled. Rocky Mountain was already booked out until the next week but after hearing my store the lady said, she would see if she could make some changes in their schedule and call me back. Above and beyond customer service!When they gave me the bid to get rid of all my pets stains it was higher than I planned. It was worth it though! My carpet looks brand new. They worked on the areas they had marked the night before where my pets stains were. They would smell the area and rework it until the smell was gone. Plus they got out a dark stain that a previous carpet cleaning company couldnt get out. On top if making my carpets look, feel and smell brand new. They put up protectors around the corners of my walls to prevent their equipment from damaging them. Just an outstanding company!!!

So of course we called them this past week when we needed to clean a large area rug and some furniture. They cleaned a sectional, a recliner rocker, and 8 chairs with fabric seats, plus a large area rug. Everything looks great. The sectional and chairs look new. The area rug is amazing. These guys are the best hands down! They are friendly, polite and respectful in the service. Weve used them several times over the last 10yrs. But beyond their great customer service is their outstanding technique that they use to clean the carpets. They always look great and theyve removed every stain that weve had. They use way less water then the other companies, so the floors dry faster. For instance this summer we had them do our carpets and the floors were dry in an hour tops. Someone that we know had their carpets cleaned by just a regular carpet company and 2 days later their floors were still not dry completely, during the summer. They just did our floors again and with it being winter has taken only 5 hrs to dry vs several days. :)On top of it all they only charge for the square footage that they clean, which save you money as well.Highly recommend you giving them a call!

He was on time for his appointment. He put plastic bumpers around door corners or furniture to ensure they did not get scuffed up with his hoses. Lastly, he took the time to use a rake on the carpet which removed all the foot impressions. This way the carpet stood up straight. Would highly recommend.

When the appointment was set they said nothing about having my house completely empty or they would not clean. So on cleaning day I had a few things left in the kitchen but nothing on the carpets. They came 40 minutes late and said they were over booked. I had taken time off work specifically for this and said I needed them to clean so they agreed. After they took my payment they informed me they would not be cleaning my carpets that day and would come another time. They still haven’t cleaned my carpets they said they were just gonna no to work with the place I rented my home from and to not worry about it. But wait I paid for the service. Also they were talking about just spot cleaning even though I paid for a full cleaning. And then today their office called me to see how the cleaning went and forgot they haven’t cleaned yet. I do not recommend these guys especially if you rent.

Excellent job and wonderful customer experience! My dog was very Ill and had issues all over my new carpet. It stunk! They came and eliminated the smell and the carpet was completely dry within a few hours. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Rocky Mountain is the best!!!

The day before Rocky Mountain Cleaning came to clean our carpets our dog got sprayed by a skunk and then proceeded to run into the house and lay down on the carpet. Needless to say our house smelled terrible. We called Rocky Mountain and asked if they had something that they could do besides cleaning the carpet that could help with the smell. They said they would bring some product that they could use that would help. They did AMAZING!!!
