Cab companies wonder why ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are so successful... I called a day prior to book a cab as I was trying to catch a bus out of Bourne so thought a scheduled cab may be a safer bet. The nice gentleman on the phone told me it would be no problem to book me for a certain time, although he did mention the driver he was putting me with always came in late. This morning the time I arranged for pick up passed so I called. Turns out he wrote down a later time for my pick up, after repeatedly telling me they could do the original time I asked for. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with another nice women who assured me someone was on their way. They had been sent to the wrong address. Long story short, I had to wake up my 1 year old and have my husband race us to the bus station. I made it 2 minutes late and thankfully the bus was still there. My question is how can you own a Plymouth Cab company and not know the ins and outs of all the streets here? Or use GPS? Won’t be using this company again.

Mayflower Taxi is great! I love the fact that I can schedule a ride 5 days ahead of time. Theyve always shown up right on time. Wouldnt use any other company!

One time, I fought the law and the law won and I couldnt drive anymore. I didnt know what to do, no way of getting myself around, I tried shoelace express and that just took to long, then I found Mayflower Taxi and my world turned around! They got me places I needed, and on time too! Long story short, they got me where I needed go when I needed to go and my life is back on track! Golly Jee, thanks a bunch!
