I just got off the phone with Ed and I am blown away by the customer service, suggestions and advise I just received. ED has the patience of a saint. He took a significant amount of time explaining all our options for a pool liner replacement while trying to minimize the amount of money we spent and at the same time was overwhelming kind, caring, and courteous. Wow! We dont even know if he is going to work with us at this point but he deserves 20 stars.

Started using these guys when Clearwater closed in Litchfield. They helped me convert back over to chlorine and installed new liner for me last year. Very professional and knowledgeable !!!! They have bailed me out a few times and know exactly what they are doing. They test pool samples at any time too !!
