Ive been seeing them for help with my taxes for years now and have had nothing but excellent help and service. Their volunteer tax preparators are friendly and professional. (Mary is the best, and Susan--who heads the program (I believe), has helped me out a ton!) My first visit there they even found discrepancies in the previous return (done with Turbotax on my own) which ended up getting me a hefty refund due to school-related tax credit that was not applied (by Turbotax). Honestly, as long as I qualify, I will continue to take advantage of this really important, really VITAL program. Thanks for all the hard work you all do and for being such a valuable and essential resource (especially now during these difficult and confusing times!)

Great place to get help for heating or other issues, try to apply earlier and you can always go in person. Had great people to speak with and the best possible help for submitting all the documents. Better to gather the documents and apply right away, and do your checklist. Easy process and could save a lot from foreclosure.

Such garbage. Literally every year that I apply, they lose half my documentation and it takes them, on average, at least 4 months to actually finish processing my application. This year, for example, after 3 months of waiting, they told me they needed proof of self-employment (have not been self-employed for over 3 years). But I guess you cant fix stupid...

The staff is very rude and not helpful in the least!Dorothy who is in charge of the oil delivery is extremely rude and should not be helping those in need, she has no compassion whatsoever. Fuel assistance is to assist those in need and unfortunately those in need are treated as if they dont matter and are a botherI do not recommend this office to anyone who needs any assistance at all!
