On two occasions we have had a file cabinet delivered that was damaged and before unloading from the truck the drivers identified and helped with the paperwork to refuse delivery with no questions asked. On the second occasion, we werent able to be home for the delivery but signed a pre-delivery authorization to deliver without someone present; driver Greg J went above and beyond and sent pictures of the damaged file cabinet through text message and was very professional and courteous in the exchange. He refused delivery on our behalf so we could get the refund process started asap. Thanks for taking the extra steps to help the customer!

Like others have stated. They failed to show up as scheduled causing me to miss a day of work for nothing. No phone call and not much of an apology. Now I need to take another day off work. For what this has cost me in time and money I could have driven and picked up my purchase MYSELF, and spent less time and money.

Since doing Business with Dohrn, I have become more and more impressed with the quality of there drivers. They are professional and courteous and always seem will do the extras with ut protest. Absolutely the worst ltl service in the industry. Lied about calling our customer to set up an appointment a day later than their own standard. Never again! Run from them!

The drivers were helpful and professional

Scheduled to deliver at nine to noon, they call at 11:50 saying they are not coming. It would be one thing to call the day before or right at nine when they knew they didnt have a truck. Then I wouldnt have taken off work, thanks for wasting hours of my time, I really appreciate it!! Dont use this company.

This company failed to show up within the delivery window they gave me. I called them a half an hour after the window had passed and was told the driver was running late by two hours. I called three hours later and was told the driver tried to make the delivery at the beginning of the original delivery window and no one was home, there were three people at my house all day. The company and driver made no attempt to call me or keep me updated. They wanted me to reschedule the delivery for the following day after already missing a half day of work.
