The technician who came out to my home was very professional and responsive to our request. He was on time, and he did an excellent job cleaning our Windows and Gutters.I will definitely use their service again.

They did a good job on the window cleaning, but broke a lock on one window. They said they would call Anderson about a replacement or part, called me 2 weeks later to say they were working on it, then all communication stopped. I have been calling and leaving messages since August but have had NO response.So much for their guarantee of a happy customer when things go wrong. For this reason, I would not do business with them again.

I would absolutely not use this company at all. Very Shady I hired them to do a building for me while I was away and he told me everything was all set and they only did a 1/4 of the windows and invoiced for the whole job $3000+ and got paid. They dont have the decency to respond to any of my messages as its been 4-6 weeks now in 2020 . I now have to find a new cleaner and will be taking legal action against him for there work that needs to be re done correctly and what he owes me.

Shine Thru completed work on my house yesterday and they were terrific - professional, courteous and quick. They do it the old-fashioned way - by hand with a squeegee - both inside and out! Plus they did all the moving of items on windowsills and wiped them down. Highly recommend.

The appointment to clean all of the windows in my house and garage was made for 8 a.m. and was supposed to take about 4 hours. The representative showed up exactly at 8 am and worked diligently the whole morning and finished in 4 hours and 20 minutes. The windows came out looking fabulous in fact most of them you couldnt tell if the window was up or down. He did not leave any mess he was courteous and diligent. I would gladly have them back again to clean my windows in the future.

Three men came to our home and cleaned 29 windows as well as a glassed-in porch in record tome. Glass was washed inside and out, screens wiped down, and sills cleaned - all in under 2 1/2 hours. What a difference! Highly recommend this company without reservation.

I would not recommend this company. They came to my home to clean my windows and patio. I had some questions as to how well they clean the sills. I guess they didn’t like that so they left while I was in the bathroom without saying a word. When I called the office to ask what the heck happened Andrew told me he would call me back. That was Friday it is now Monday. If they didn’t want to do the job they should have had the decency to tell me. So rude and unprofessional and so happy they left. RIDICULOUS!!!
