Charming little shop with some of the things I miss from England.Its a little cluttered, but has a good selection of British candy and souvenirs.

Great variety of British goods..from sweets to savory products like steak and kidney pies..British style bangers & baked beans. and more.Ive been coming to the store for 30 years.

I love this shop so much! I regularly pop in when Im in Plymouth. Recently, the pandemic has prevented me from visiting. But then I saw online ordering was an option! I ordered my goodies and received them quickly and in excellent condition. The owner is such a delight. Chatting with her was the only thing I missed with the online ordering experience. But I so appreciate the care she took to package my items. I got crisps and 4 cans of beans. None of the crisp bags were smashed. Thats impressive. I will definitely be ordering online again!

I was traveling with mi niece 8 and my nephew 5 and when we entered the store, the kids were loudly talking between them. The lady from the store saw us and started shouting at us that we needed to leave the store as we were screaming and that she would call the police.The poor children where all scared not knowing what was going on.Threatening children with calling the police, angrily, shouting at us, for being loud is definitely a new level of craziness for me by a store attendee.

Great spot to get that special treat from home for a special UK person!

They have a sampling of what you would consider to be British products. However, I was slightly disappointed that it was mostly touristy stuff. I only found two lonely jars of chutney, which I dearly enjoy. Who knows how long they had been tucked away on the shelf?

The selection is brilliant. So many different meats to choose from, which were wrapped up to ensure they stayed frozen. Fantastic! Go there! Spend money! Leave with real Cadbury Flake! Hopefully next time they have tablet and tea cakes! ♥️💗♥️

Always a fun experience shopping at this store! They have grocery items unique to U.K. including, but not limited to, canned haggis, mincemeat, Irnbru, specialty cookies crackers, candies -- the list goes on! They also carry teas, British gifts & more! The store is small & a tight fit, but you need to visit and shop!

I’m adding an update as we put in a mail order that arrived yesterday, as we were missing our Yorkshire Gold & other faves. The owner promptly filled our order, packed jarred items like clotted cream carefully as well. She’s a trustworthy & conscientious merchant!A wonderful shop & mail order business. A few years back my daughter & I spotted the shop while exploring downtown Plymouth, MA. Id never seen so many British products in one place & we stocked up on favorites like Yorkshire Gold. The owner is a delight & very helpful. Reasonably priced too! I recommend British Imports to one & all.

We have been finding all our favourite British goodies at British Imports since they opened. It is difficult not to buy one of everything! The most complete shop and such friendly people!

Great selection and the person working there was very helpful about how to prepare the haggis I bought.

While they had a few British foods/goods for sale, the overall state of the store was most off putting. From the entrance, which was filled with empty cardboxes and other junk, to the actual store, where the shelves hadnt seen a duster in years. It was so untidy and looked dirty - not a place anyone would really want to shop. As a Brit, who lives in Massachusetts, and has passed this store many times but never gone in, it was a great disappointment. To any tourists/Americans who may shop there, please understand this is not how a typical English store looks.
