I was hired to work on a project for WAI and could not be happier with the experience. WAI is a great company for contractors. They are flexible, willing to negotiate, super responsive and attentive to your needs. The project they found me for could not have been a better fit. The hours were great, the work was perfect and I enjoyed working at my own pace. They have excellent communication skills, are very friendly and pleasant. I have had the pleasure working with them and Im looking forward to doing more work in the future! I highly recommend this company for any contractor looking for work!

Great experience working with WA. As a Senior ISD with 20+ years experience I found the projects well scoped and timely payment. Rates are based on the project budget set by the hiring company. Any seasoned contractor should know the drill and expectations. Highly recommend.

I have worked for WAI on and off as a contractor I am guessing around eight years now, its been an excellent experience, these guys do a great job of matching contractors to positions, and apparently have a keen passion for not wasting anyones time. In short, unlike other agencies, they dont swamp employers with hundreds of resumes, they handpick a few select contractors and present them, and thats really better for everybody. Definitely a company I would think you would want to use if you were employing contractors!

I applied for a food industry contracting job, then was called by an automated recruiter for the position only to have the call cut out. After calling back I was redirected to work for Lyft.I then received several automated calls for Lyft, Uber, and technical school for medical coding.A year later, WAI reached out to me to sell their technical writing services when I eventually found a full-time job.In conclusion, please avoid applying for work here.

Writing Assistance is the only staffing agency I would recommend. I have been a 1099 contractor for 20+ years . I have come to know several of the employees at WAI over the years in various situations and have always found them to be professional and courteous.As a 1099 contractor, I never had any expectation of benefits. Thats not how it works. If I didnt like the rate being offered, I would either try to negotiate for a better rate or decline the position. The rate you end up with is dependent on the hiring companys budget. Thats how it works.With WAI, payments are always on schedule and they dont advertise jobs they dont have, as so many other agencies I have worked with have done.Its a pleasure to work with a firm of such integrity.
