Cindy is amazing. She works without office staff to keep cost down, but always returns phone calls and is diligent about keeping appointment times. Her prices are very competitive and she is extremely skilled. I have a severe problem with facial hair and Cindy’s skill and persistence have have almost resolved the problem. I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else.

Started electrolysis a month ago. Found this office through Google. So glad I did!Cindy is wonderful. Both my appointments lasted 45 minutes. Cindy is very thorough and very gentle.Cannot believe I waited so long to begin electrolysis. Used creams and razors to no avail. I will continue my treatments with Cindy. I highly recommend her.

Nope. Absolutely horrible experience. Played phone tag with Plymouth Electrolysis, and when we finally talked, it was terrible. The employee was condescending the entire time, repeatedly asking me, Am I being too confusing? in a patronizing manner, as well as insulting the medical doctors who have recommended me for electrolysis. The employee was not taking my electrolysis inquiry seriously and did not provide any quotes despite me asking 4 different times (they changed the subject each time). I would not recommend this location.
