Such a wonderful experience aboard the Pilgrim Belle. Indoor and outdoor seating available, bar and great views. Would definitely recommend the Sunset cruise.

We went for their sunset cruise, which was great. The boat wasnt too crowded, but it was hard to space out on the upper deck. The windows inside the cabin are tinted, so you cannot get a good view from inside, so I highly recommend getting there early to get a spot on the upper deck. The drink selections were good and prices were on par with anywhere else you would get them. Im not sure whether smoking is allowed or not, but we kept smelling cigarette smoke which partially ruined the experience for us.

Enjoyed the view and history

Was annoyed/disappointed to find that regulations for cleanliness and social distancing was not being enforced on the boat. They have signs on the boat that chairs are not to be moved around to ensure the amount of seats allotted to each table will allow a good distance between parties. It was stated on the website and over the intercom before we took off to keep 6 feet from other passengers. That being said, we had people less than a foot away on either side of us, without masks on. Half the people on the boat didn’t have masks on and no one from the crew said anything. Why bother putting all these standards in writing if you’re not going to enforce it? Highly disappointed with the lack of safety precautions.

Very relaxing cruise

This was the fourth time taking the Pilgrim Belle cruise. On previous tours, the narration included historical information on the Pilgrim and also a quiz. All of that was great fun, especially for children. This time the narration was dry and no quiz. Plymouth harbour is always beautiful.
