Very nice beach view condos with a pool and club house where I attended a friends pool side birthday party. The only drawback here is visitor parking is minimal with beach goers cars literally get vandalized if parked in front of some grumpy homeowners house ie; Larry Kelly the Scab Plumber dba Adavanced Trades
