I had to get my battery replaced because it was no longer holding a charge for more than a few hours if I used it at all. The service here was great, just 2 hours and I’ll no longer have to casually carry a battery bank around everywhere and have a charger in my house, office, and car.The worker was great! She had a sense of humor and her customer service was excellent.

Walked in with about 10 minutes left before close hoping to find a used iPhone SE to tie me over until the new phone release as my current phone stopped working. My husband went to Gophermods in Plymouth last night with problems with his screen and home button on his iPhone. He was very happy with the service that Cameron gave him. My iPhone had trouble connecting to its charger cable. Went in to ask for an estimate to fix as I thought mechanically something was wrong. The individual in charge spent the next few minutes doing a quick clean and look at it. Turns out it only needed some lint out. No charge. Thank you!!

I was very pleased with my experience here. My camera screen had cracked on the back side of my LG V20, so I stopped at Batteries Plus Bulbs first since it was closer to home and they advertised cell phone repair. However, the guy there said that my year old phone was too new and that piece wasnt available. I wasnt going to take his word for it and Im glad I didnt. I stopped at Gophermods and was quickly told that it was an easy $30 repair. The piece had to be ordered, but when I came back, it was only a matter of minutes for the repair to be made and the total ended up being a little under $30 actually.

I walked in and spent more time talking than it took to fix. That was legendary, Thank you!

They had me under a warranty and when my iPhone screen went black and wouldnt work, they gave me a free diagnosis. 45 min later I came in and not only did they have my diagnosis, they had my phone completely fixed without a charge. My sons Xbox was sent in to have an HDMI port repaired, it it would not connect successfully to any of our TVs after the repair. They decided to try to repeat the repair, but instead sent us home with a different used Xbox that doesn’t power off without unplugging, and it only allows you to play games for approx 5 mins then freezes. Extremely frustrated that I spent $100 for an HDMI Port repair on a fairly new xbox, to be sent home with a different system that isn’t operational. Xbox cards were loaded prior to realizing its not working, so out even more money than the repair costs. My son lost his Xmas box money and can’t even play his new game he got for Xmas. Dealing with their service was extremely frustrating, and my call was never returned after I expressed my great dissatisfaction and request for his original Xbox back.

Excellent repair to my I pad 2! After reading other reviews on line I decided to visit the Plymouth location to have my cracked screen replaced. I brought it in at 1:00 and received a call by 3:00 that it was repaired and ready to go. The one year warranty on the screen was a huge plus. Miguel was great I will refer all friends.

I’ve been using Gophermods for years. They know their stuff. They quote you the price directly upfront and do not vary from it. Excellent work. I‘ve trusted them with three separate iPhones. All worked splendidly after the repairs and lasted until I sold them.

About the worst customer service experience of my life! Told me my laptop would be done in three days. Five days later I called and they forgot to order the part for the screen replacement. They scrambled to get a part in and 9 days later I had the laptop back. $300+ repair and three weeks later it was broken again. When I brought it back in, the tech said it looks like the same issue they just fixed but he didnt know if it would be covered under my one year warranty so he had to ask someone else. They called two days later and said they would not honor the warranty. When I went to pick it up, the whole frame was busted apart (more damage then when it was brought in). They basically threw it at us and said so long. I should have taken pictures before, but I thought they were trust worthy. Obviously not. I asked to speak with an owner and the technicians refused to let me speak to anyone else. I would NEVER take my electronics to them. Im now out $300 and had to buy an entirely new computer on top of it. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I dropped of an iPad with a broken screen. I told the gentleman tech that I was unsure if I could pick it up before Thursday due to time constraints. This place was awesome! Texted me about 530 that it was done, and waited a few extra minutes so I could get there. IPad fixes and works great!

Went in to get a charging port replacement for my sons iphone. The Tech cleaned the port of dust (there was a lot in there) and didnt charge me at all. The customer service is beyond amazing. I will be bringing my laptop in for repairs soon. Great honest place to do business! Highly recommend them.

Used these guys when my phone took a short ride on the roof of my car before meeting the ground. Everything worked fine except the camera.... it was stuck in selfie mode. The guy offered to take a quick look at it to see what he could do. In 30 minutes, the camera was replaced and I was on my way for 70% less than CPR was going to charge me. Would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends!

Initially, the service quality wasnt that good and I wanted rate 0 STAR. But, I visited later and figured out that former employee had gone and they fixed the problem (with their 1 year warranty). This time I am really satisfied with how they did it. I also returned to repair my wifes iPhone and it was great, too!

Replaced my back camera lens giving me clear, crisp pictures again. Repair price was around $40.00. Friendly, and knowledgable.Used and checked over old phones for sale.

I would give them 0/10. When my screen was broken, they repaired it and it took them 3 weeks after a promise of 4 days to repair. Once I was returned my laptop, their terrible repair caused the screen to break again. They admitted it was their fault and I have evidence of it. However, they wanted to make me pay another $220 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. The worst service that I have EVER experienced.

Great folks! Our daughter dropped an ipad a year or two ago. The screen was messed up. It has sat this whole time unused. I brought it in assuming a $130 bill for a new screen. These folks are honest/great people! They tapped it on the counter and it was working perfect in a matter of a few seconds! I asked what I owe them. Nothing! Any phone or ipad issues I have from here on out, I will see these great people!

Long story short, these guys take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and are willing to do whatever it takes to make things right.My friend had gotten her iPhone 6s repair done at Plymouth Gophermods, and after about two months, the touch screen went out on her phone. She went to bring her phone in for a warranty repair and was denied despite her glass being in perfect condition. Ive worked in the cellphone repair industry so she asked me for advice on what to do. Without giving them a fair chance to rectify the situation, I wrote a one star review on Google venting out why I thought it was wrong for her phone to be denied for warranty.Within TEN MINUTES, both the owner Casey and the store manager Cameron had emailed both my friend and I apologizing for the situation and telling me that even though they dont have the part in stock, Cameron would bring the part from another store and take care of the repair personally so we could have it done the same day. Not only that, but without telling us he grabbed us a screen protector and a $40 case that he gave to us for free! When we went in, he empathized with us and accepted responsibility for the situation, informing us that he would be coaching the technician who initially denied my friend her claim to make sure this situation didnt happen again.Its unfortunate that we had to go back, but they took responsibility immediately, gave us free product for the inconvenience, AND Cameron had such an amazing attitude about the whole thing that I can not feel right about giving them anything less than five stars! I was prepared to give them four stars but their attitude blew me out of the water. I opened the phone up after the repair and he did such a good job that you literally could not even tell the screen had been replaced! A++ repair! It also only took about fifteen minutes.Cameron and Casey were incredibly transparent and clearly took a large sense of pride in not only the quality of their work, but the quality of their parts and their reputation, which is refreshing in an industry full of shady owners and extremely low quality mall kiosk repairs.This should be one of your top choices for cellphone repair! I recently had my first experience with Gophermods this past weekend and I give it nothing short of 5 stars. My phone has been cracked since last Summer and I was dreading my trip to the Apple store to pay and obscene amount of money and not to mention the waiting in line for God knows how long. I ended up walking in Gophermods on a Saturday morning, my husband and I grabbed brunch, then came back an hour later and my phone was good as new. The tech Addison [also the Manager] was beyond professional and even walked through everything he did with me to make sure it worked properly etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Gophermods.

I had never even heard of the place and when my phone refused to unlock, I brought it to Sprint but it would be 150.00 to get it repaired. I have a Square Trade with Sams and their deductible was $65.00 but was pleasantly surprised to pay way less than that and get it in 10 minutes!!!! Corey fixed my phone and went above what was expected. I had this phone fixed at Batteries Plus a few months ago. Corey was able to fix the cracked screen (Batteries Plus said it was not repairable) and also fixed the home button that Batteries Plus had forgotten to put screws back into.

I called about a screen separating from my daughters phone which we purchased new from Verizon 93 days ago. Verizon would not do a thing for us! Only told us we should have purchased insurance!!!!! I never in my life have I experience the worst customer service!!!!!!!. After several weeks of no updates about my PS4. I contacted them to speak with a manger, I told him about how I was left in the dark for 3 weeks without any updates on my PS4. He apologize for the lack of communication and he said he would directly fix it. I waited for another 3 days until I had to contact them AGAIN. Finally reached John(Manager)and he informed me that they could not fix my ps4 and that I needed to send it directly to Sony. And now today 09/02/16 I called AGAIN and asked if they could extend their store hours for at least 10 mins so I could pick up my ps4. To which this person replied NO because we have a policy to close at 5 P.M I can only give this place one, but in reality i would give this place 0 stars. Dont get me wrong this could be a great place to have them fix your device, but when it comes to customer service theyre absolutely the worst. Dont let the stars fool you, think twice about coming here.

Bottom line is they dont stand by their work and their warranty is worthless.I had my cell phone screen repaired at Gophermods. It was a Moto X 2nd Gen. Two weeks later I was having a conversation on the same phone and while talking I hear a loud crack. I pull the phone away from my ear and see a vertical crack running the full length of the screen. I go back to Gophermods thinking they would repair it for me. Nope. They say its not their fault and it was a coincidence that the screen just happened to crack shortly after the repair. As if trying to add insult to injury they insinuated that I broke it by saying, We werent there when it broke so we cant know what happened. I guess this is the way they get around their warranty - Blame the customer.My WARNING to potential customers is that the odds of having a repair done and then breaking again right away either through a manufacturer defect or a faulty install are slim BUT knowing that they wont stand by their work if something does happen should make you choose a different company.

Dropped off the ipad Wednesday looking really bad....returned to pick up the ipad the following day, the ipad looked like new! Priced below other glass replacement shops. Hopefully I wont be back, but if I run into anymore cracked screens, I will return to Gophermods-Plymouth for sure!

I checked on-line and they were the cheapest to replace the back glass on my S7 but when I stopped in they said it was $10 more than what their site quotes. She just said thats the price... oh and it would be a week to order the back glass as they dont stock many parts. OK moving on to someone who gets customer service.

They will make sure your phone gets fixed and STAYS fixed. Very friendly and very fast repair time (when they have the parts in stock, otherwise it took a couple of days).
