I have always enjoyed doing business at Check Into Cash. Jean, at the Plymouth branch is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and cares about customer service in a way that you just don’t find anymore. I would highly recommend Check Into Cash to anyone who needs a quick way of getting a short term loan that is straightforward and easy to do! I still find it amazing just how fast you can get it and out. Usually I have money in hand and out the door in around 5 minutes or so (if nobody else is in line). Very disappointed now. You used to have no issue overdrawing my account as Ive instructed multiple times and suddenly its apparently a problem so you decide to not take out my payment and instead constantly spam my phone with calls? I KNOW you havent even attempted to claim what I owe. My bank statements also show failed transactions so do your jobs already instead of harassing me.

As soon as I walked into the building I was greet very friendly. The employees there are very kind. Thw young lady that helped me was very patience with me and answered all of my question. I was very surprised that she was the Manager! Very pleased with my experience and I will recommend my friends and family to go to this location.
