Transitioning to a new software is never easy. The key to a smooth transition is good support. This is where Boyer and Associates excels. From the very beginning the support has been there for us. I worked with Erik Vigesas thru the implementation. Eric knows his stuff and is a great instructor. I felt there was value in every training session we had. Now that we are up and running my go to guy is Dan Moore. Dan often surprises how quickly he responds. I cant think of a single issue that was not resolved the same day. I would recommend Boyer to anyone using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
