I have over ten years of customer service experience I was very interested in the customer service position posted on indeed I was given a phone screen where I was given an in person interview. I had a very nice interview everything went well I was told I got the job I was super excited to get started and come to work after I was told I got the job their wasn’t any conversation for weeks I was pretty bummed I was going to begin looking for another job and then I finally got a call from them to come in and get my dragon dictation software installed to start working we couldn’t do that because they didn’t have a disk drive on the computer in which things were set up on I was told they would be in contact and heard nothing sense I would not recommend this job the lack of communication is ridiculous and lack of support for disabled people.
I worked for cti, ec,wi over a 2 year period. I have to say they have definatly been in my top work experiences. Love the team there on day to day experiences, great support and you really feel valued.
