We worked with Claire and Dawn at Studio M to undertake a kitchen and mudroom remodel, which ended up taking everything down to the studs. Claire did an amazing job keeping in mind functionality, appearance and wants/needs with the cabinets, and Dawn ensured the looks and feel of the fine touches not only matched our tastes, but also fit into the existing home. While we did encounter some delays and problems with the cabinet company, Studio M stepped in and did what they could to work with the cabinet company and the general contractor to minimize delays and made us very much feel taken care of. I highly recommend working with Claire, Dawn and the rest of the Studio M team on projects.

I think this speaks to their professionalism and responsiveness. I was a walk in, the front desk lady was very nice and called a designer out front to assist me.. She seemed real bothered. I had to ask 3 times to show me kitchen counter options, then proceeded to explain how they proceed with purchase options. Wouldnt give me helpful info without signing up a measurement fee. Have not come across this before. . Had to beg to see comparable options. She basically went to her desk and sat down..

We went in for some ideas for cabinet hardware. We were unsure about what style we should choose for our cabinetry. We ended up working with a gentleman named David who asked thoughtful questions about our needs. It was not only a fun anxiety free shopping experience (with refreshment!) it was productive and we are really satisfied with our choices and the price point. Dave was a delightful throwback to an era of real customer service!

I would not recommend this business! I felt the employees/designers came off as very stuck up and rude. I was informed that walk-ins are fine. They seemed so irritated I didnt have an appt. The employee that was helping me was very rude! I constantly had the impression that I was a bother and their time was more valuable then being wasted on me. Go somewhere else to have your purchases/business appreciated.

Great people provide great products and services. As a Custom Home Builders in the Twin Cities market our company has many choices with where to send our clients to make selection. We choose mingle because they have great people from the owner to the support staff we give them 5 stars.

I was referred to this company as we are remodeling most of our home and needed updated hardware. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. They said that walk-ins were welcome. When I arrived, it appeared as though they were disappointed that I was not working with a builder, etc. I was assisted by a very unfriendly, unhelpful,female employee. I soon left and will definitely not be returning or referring this company to anyone. Disappointed!

They have good products and friendly staff when we went there to visit. Then we were told that a senior designer will contact us to schedule something. Never received the call for 4 days until I called back. Then I was told they would need to charge us $1000 to come out and see the space to do a measurement and figure out the design. I understand that it costs money to do to drive up and takes time to do the initial approach, but this business model doesnt makes sense at all when Im not married to their products yet, nor did I know the rough price of the project I wanna work on. I insisted on obtaining a per sqft price range at least for the selected cabinets only so that I can get even an idea of how much we would be looking at financially. $10,000 vs. $50,000 are a big difference. But the answer was negative. So I assume this place just want you to pay a high enough money first, so that you would feel obligated to go to someone else since youve already made financial commitment.

Pictures cant possibly do justice on how amazing this building is. We walked in out of curiosity and left in awe of what Mingle is. You have to see inside Mingles showroom to get the full understanding of everything this company does. Its like walking through many luxury home rooms all under one massive showroom building. We have big plans for renovating much of our home and no doubt we will be working with Mingle on each room. Wow...wow!
