We ordered LVP flooring in November. Today is Feb 12 and we are still waiting for the job to be completed. Twice there has been an error on the part of ProSource with ordering materials. Learned today that it will be at least another week before the correct materials might arrive. Their response amounts to, well, mistakes happen and it sucks to be you.

Mary Ellen helped guide us through on our visit. She was wonderful!

DO NOT USE ERIC S. Due to this incompetent sales member, nearly my entire experience with this company has been horrible. I have been dealing with this company for over 5 months now trying to get the correct material and the returns associated with the wrong material that was ordered by this person. I have never had such a difficult time with a company owning up to their mistakes and fixing them.Eric has not only lied to me on multiple occasions (concerning the location/status of the material and my returns), but also caused my job to be delayed by over a month. He constantly told me the material would be in the next day- it was on the truck, but someone just took your materials on accident....fast forward a week, same spiel and still no materials. This happened multiple times. He also said he would call with updates- he didnt. Turned out, he never even ordered the material (it was not a small order either). I finally had to call the front desk to ask them to place the order.Luckily, the front desk is great and the reason for the star- they helped place the final order, track it and are now helping with my 2 returns. I can honestly say that as long as that employee works there, I will be going elsewhere. Even my contractors have said theyve never seen such a poor representation from/of a company.Overall, I guess what Im trying to say is, you may have a good time with this company if you dont use Eric as your sales person and you only get what you need as returns take months... Im currently at the three month mark for my second return and the first return took just over a month.

Mindi is great to work with. She is prompt, flexible, and accurate. The flooring products we have bought were good quality. Weve done several flooring projects in our home with their help and have been delighted with the results.

Pros: Good carpet prices (wholesale, what youd pay straight from the manufacturer) and recommended installers (separate service which is rated independently)Cons: Extreme lack of communicationI ordered my carpet through Eric S a couple weeks ahead of when it would be installed. I was told by multiple employees that it would be delivered and ready to pick up within 3 days. Fast forward to a couple days before installation, I check to see if my carpet has come in since I havent heard any updates (poorly assuming everything has gone well). The carpet I ordered hadnt shipped yet. Eric says hell call with updates. He doesnt. After me constantly checking up and making sure the carpet is being handled properly, it arrives a two weeks after the initial set delivery date; a Friday which was a backup day the installer and I agreed would work. Due to lack of communication between Eric and my installer, the carpet isnt picked up. The following Monday everything is resolved and I can finally move into my house.Upon ordering the carpet, I paid for half up front and then was supposed to pay for half upon the carpet being picked up for installation. As the installer picked up the carpet, I was never contacted for further payment. I didnt think much of it, and planned to call ProSource to discuss compensation for late delivery and poor customer service. Two days after installation, I get an email about my checking account balance hitting 0 and over-drafting into my savings. Eric had run my card (without calling) for the full $2.5k amount. When I called and confronted him about it, I was met with unapologetic excuses and was left feeling taken advantage of.

Weve dealt with Cathy Beckler a number of times already and shes been wonderful to deal with. Weve gone everywhere in search of tile and carpet and ProSource has definitely become THE source for us. Friendly staff, great showroom and selection in Plymouth and realistic pricing. Weve referred several friends over the years as well and theyve told us they had a great experience as well. Weve paired ProSource with our installer, Michael of Truly German Stone and Tile, and gotten excellent results.

ProSource in Plymouth, MN is the place to go if you need any type of flooring! Brenda Miller was absolutely the most patient and knowledgeable person to deal with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
