Dont waste your time going there. There is only 1 sales person working on the floor and a desk receptionist. My husband and I drove all the way from Woodbury, Mn. and the sales person was busy helping another customer. We stayed looked around for a good 30 minute, since we were the next customer there hoping to be helped next. The receptionist lady then ask for our phone number or if we had measurements they can look at our measurements and will call us back for a quote. We gave measurements along with the name of the product we were interested in purchasing. Its been almost two weeks no phone call or anything from them. (They have our correct # as I saw her write it on paper and had to confirm it). I guess they dont want want my $$$ I will be going else where with better customer service and who wants to work with me. The 1 star for the receptionist lady as she was nice enough and at least greeted us and talked to us. As for the sales lady working on the floor she didnt even care to greet us or even say a word that shell help us next. Wasted our time driving there!! Oh and I called first before going if I needed appointment.
Remodeling kitchen. Signed contract. Paid in full. Two days later receive a call from them saying the price which I had signed off on and paid in full was now increasing by over 20%. There were no changes being made, simply increased the price.There are plenty of other Cambria dealers in the twin cities that have more ethical practices and will stand behind a signed contract. Go elsewhere to save money and hassle.
