Incredibly impressed with the work Jason did. He takes an immense amount of pride in his work, and treats the remodel as if it were his own house. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We hired Built when we remodeled our kitchen, laundry and bath. It was a complete gut job and we love how it turned out. All of his sub contractors are reliable, skilled and very polite while in our home. Jason is very responsive and professional. It was all completed in a timely manner with no surprises along the way. We are planning a basement renovation in the future and we will will definitely hire Jason for this as well. We definitely recommend Built for any remodeling needs.

We hired Jason to remodel our kitchen and much of our first floor in 2014. He did a fabulous job: getting the job done on time and on budget, arranging reliable and skilled subcontractors, suggesting ideas we hadnt thought of, doing quality work, listening to us and helping find solutions. I could go on and on. Six years later, we are still thrilled with the results. We hired him a couple of years later to remodel our master bathroom. Again, we were very satisfied and it still looks gorgeous. Jason is fair, talented, easy to work with and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend!

Jason did amazing work on our basement and we are two years in, seeing the lasting quality. He was on time and on budget. He communicated the cost and timing in an amazing fashion. I have never heard of another contractor from friends or family that has been anywhere near his level in communication, quality, and budget-mindfulness. We will use him for any future projects and recommend him to all our friends.

His communication, organization, craftmanship, timeliness, subcontractors, fairness, attention to detail and genuine caring personality can’t be topped.Our project was significant in size with a big wish list accompanied by a budget that we really wanted to stick within. Our remodel project included: a new addition (dining/family room), completely new kitchen, a new powder room, new mudroom addition, laundry room remodel, master bathroom refresh, new millwork, flooring and lighting.We met Jason through the design firm that we worked with on our plans. We had no prior knowledge of his work and solely were relying on the recommendation from the design firm. Hands down, no question about it…he was the best blind faith decision we made. Jason was so easy to work with and made the project enjoyable and successful. He was hands on throughout the whole process – recommending different options for consideration when needed, communicating change orders and cost very clearly, using his experience to guide us when we weren’t sure on a decision, noticing and fixing details we would have completely missed. We were living in our house during the remodel and he kept the project area so clean for us by going above and beyond to vacuum and pick up/organize the area regularly. He was at our house nearly every day (and we live 45 minutes away) during the project. We truly felt that he cared about our project and wanted us to be completely happy with the final product.After dreaming and planning for over 10 years about this project, we are so so happy with how it turned out! Jason is just great..I am a born skeptic, especially when it comes to giving somebody money with the hopes of a good job.I couldn’t find much on- line info on Buillt, but went with him after discussions with him, and recommendations from past clients. His bid was very competitive.This was a total redo of an old rambler in Minnetonka. We are talking everything but a tear down. New everything from roof, windows, floor, addition, etc. You get the idea, a big complex job.He was so easy to talk to, agreed to everything we wanted, and came in on time and at the bid. We ended up adding stuff like better lighting,etc., but he was very fair with all of that. No surprises.It was like he was rebuilding his own house. He pointed out things that bugged him. Even though we probably wouldn’t have even noticed. He fixed it without charging us extra.This guy is just the best, period. Honest, fair, a pleasure to work with, and a hard worker. His subs showed up on time and were all excellent.I bugged him about getting a web site, which he agreed he needed, but I think he is getting plenty of work without it.I think you need to at least get a bid from him. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with the result!And no. I’m not related, or an on-line ringer, just a very satisfied customer.
