Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I went there for an inspection sticker and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. I will definitely bring my vehicles to them in the future.

Be warned: I have gone to Manomet Gulf over several years for inspection stickers without any problems. However, this year as different. The owner failed my car with a rejection sticker because of a tiny hairline crack in my tail light. I explained to the owner that the tiny crack had been there for 5 years and that he had passed my car every time before. Unfortunately, he wouldnt listen and insisted that he would only pass my car if I got the whole tail light replaced.I researched the issue on the Mass RMV website. I found where it stated that a car should be passed with a minor crack on the tail light, as long as epoxy was applied to the crack. I printed this out and returned to the owner. The owner refused to look at the RMV documentation and said I AM THE INSPECTOR, NOT THE RMV!I then called the Mass Inspection head office to report the matter. Two days later, a Head Inspector met me at Manomet Gulf to review the matter. The Head Inspector examined the crack with epoxy and told the Manomet Gulf owner to pass it immediatelyAll told, I spent about 9 hours of my time over several days to resolve this matter. This included time spent on the phone and internet researching and returning to Manomet Gulf repeatedly. All this over a small hairline crack on my tail light. In addition, the owner of Manomet Gulf had a rude attitude during this saga and never apologized in the end (however, the his wife was pleasant and friendly).Due to the problem explained above, I will not be returning to Manomet Gulf.
