Adams towing rescued us from HWY 39 right after the Casmir exit. Our 35 Motorhome lost power and they were able find a business that would be able to work on and towed us to that destination all in a reasonable time. Thank you for your professional service making us feel comfortable.

We have used Adams Towing for our business and personal use. Both times that we used their services are vehicle was broke down in a high traffic area and timing was important not only for our safety but other drivers. When calling in and speaking to Kristen she was emphatic of the situation and assured us help was on the way. Mike the tow operator showed up in a timely manner in both cases and got the job done efficiently and without causing any further issues to our vehicles. In the situation with our business, our heavy hauler was towed to a location of our choice for repairs. Our personal vehicle was towed to our house. At that time my son was maybe 7-years old, clearly his fascination with the flatbed tow truck was the highlight of his day. Instead of Mike quickly unloading the truck and going on with his day, he let my son help control the levers to lower the truck from the flatbed. Not many people would do that, he made my sons day! I will recommend Adams Towing every time someone asks. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their customers!

Adams Towing is the absolute best for towing, in my opinion. They are quick, professional, and truly care about you. I had 2 car accidents in a 9 month span and they towed my car each time. In my first accident, I lost my glasses in my vehicle and Mike found my glasses in the mess of my vehicle and Kristin dropped them off at the hospital for me. I cant say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

They cannot charge you from getting your items out of your car for a fee(towing fee/lot fee), it is illegal, it clearly states in the Wisconsin state statue that they cannot do that, yet they do. They are breaking the law. Know your rights. Very rude people, especially the lady who answers the calls. Told me to call back in an an hour and she left. They wont let me speak to the boss. Its been 2 days of me trying to freaking talk to someone. Go to one of the other towing companies in plover Wisconsin. They have way better reviews.

I had very quick service with Adams Towing. Mike was also very accommodating and helpful. After my car accident, he waited at the shop for an hour until someone was able to meet me so I could get my things out of my car. Outstanding service and would highly recommend.

Sunday morning 8am,dropped my trailer. Charged $500 to come 4 miles, lift it up so I could crank down the legs. Nice guy, but high price.

We have been using Adams 30 years with our personal and business vehicles. Our most recent encounter was a Tow from Dr Twits office to Mid State Truck. During a major snow storm I lost my breaks while heading to Dr Twits office. There were so many people in the ditch they asked in I could leave at the clinic and they would get it in the am. Which we did. I called the follow day to stop by and pay and was told the gal that takes care of the billing was off. I got busy and a few days later we called to square up. Very nice people to work with. Will continue to use them

I wouldn’t even give them one star, the female receptionist is the RUDEST person. The state of Wisconsin says you are definitely allowed to take items out of your vehicle even when you can afford to pay the tow bill. It’s sad that a single mother got into a car accident when she was ran off the road, she had to buy a new vehicle and can’t afford the tow fee right now. She still will pay it but it will take a few days. They won’t let her get any of her very important belongings. The lady at the front desk told us to call her in an hour and she left knowing she was going to leave. The man couldn’t help us either and said to deal with her. No boss to talk to, they refuse to help us. I can’t believe this.

Illegal activity. pretty sure the BBB and IRS would shut them down with one phone call.

If you guys want your business to strive, I suggest firing the lady receptionist. She is EXTREMELY rude. Another thing, stop practicing illegal services. Learn the laws in Wisconsin! Very unsatisfied.

If you have a chance, please avoid this place.My driver needed to be towed, before he agreed on service, he asked if credit cards are accepted. They said YES, when it was time to pay, the lady at the desk said they DO NOT accept credit cards. Only cash or com/efs/FleetOne checks.

They are rude and charge to get your things out the car when it is illegal to do so. I will seek a lawyer for advice of what I can do next

This company possessions stolen personal vehicles people. vehicles kept hostage while extort people for money. This violates state statute. This is also a violation of the constitution. no contract or damaged party demanded payment.
