Amy was there with me every step of the way through multiple offers to purchase, in a highly competitive market and with COVID nonetheless. KPR did a great job of searching for houses for us taking care to only propose homes that meet our needs and wants.The closing process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend KPR.

I had the misfortune of working with Sue Grisham while selling my home. She was not our realtor, but our buyers realtor. Throughout the entire process she was completely unprofessional and unresponsive to our real estate agent.Everything started out smoothly and turned into a nightmare. Her buyer put an offer in on our home, which we accepted. We had the inspection and made the requested repairs. A few days prior to closing we were informed that her buyer wanted to take out additional funds for renovations and they needed to have multiple contractor bids in order to get approved. This was not part of the contingencies, however we were to told if we didn’t comply she would walk away from the deal. We allowed the contractors to complete their estimates. The issue was this was the buyers plan from the beginning but our realtor wasn’t informed this needed to happen until 5 days prior to closing.The day after the contractors did their estimates we were told closing needed to be moved. They wanted to move it 5 weeks! As closing was moved literally days before we were set to close we had already moved out of our home. We have three young children and now had to pay rent plus our mortgage for at least another month. Sue asked what’s the big deal? If you’ve ever moved, especially with kids, it’s a BIG FREAKING DEAL (also paying double rent and mortgage is financially stressful). We ended up agreeing to move closing 3 weeks vs 5.Fast forward three weeks - After everything was set to close, loan commitment received, closing setup at the title company, final walkthrough, etc. All setup and done, our realtor gets an EMAIL from Sue telling him that the buyer is backing out (again like 3 business days prior to closing). Also included in her one sentence email is, oh, and the buyer is getting an attorney. Sue does not accept our realtor’s calls that entire day. He finally gets ahold of her the next day and she says she can’t provide any info as to why the buyer backed out, why she’s getting an attorney (other than she probably wants her earnest money back) and basically a not my problem attitude.Our realtor receives a mutual release form that both parties need to agree to and sign when a deal falls through. In this Sue states that we will RETURN ALL EARNEST MONEY. After this buyer was allowed to string us along, we incurred thousands of unplanned for dollars in rent and expenses, and met every single contingency asked of us. Obviously we rejected this.It has now been weeks, and yes, the buyer did get an attorney. She also got her earnest money back (against our will).Moral of the story - avoid this woman like the plague. Don’t let her in your home if you’re a seller, and I wouldn’t recommend working with her if you’re looking to purchase. If I could leave negative stars I would. She is incredibly unprofessional, uncommunicative and can’t seem to get anything done in a timely manner.

Overall I strongly recommend KPR brokers.Worked with Mike Wolf from KPR brokers twice in the last 5 years. Mike has been a complete professional during both home purchases/sales. Mike is able to create a game plan for the entire process, which makes buying and selling smooth and predictable.Mike would respond to questions all hours of the day, Including nights and weekends. Mike was able to coordinate approximately a half dozen showings for us. Mike was intuitive, pragmatic, and overall very helpful when discussing potential purchases.Considering how stressful and challenging buying and selling your home can be, It was nice to feel like we had a partner and ally In Mike. Having someone who doesn’t just work for you, but is an invested ally in securing the right sale of our home, and purchase goes a long way.
