I had a package that clearly stated on the outside LIVE PLANTS and whoever delivered our mail, left it in the mailbox when I specifically had asked it to be left at my door so they wouldnt freeze. Beyond upset, thank goodness my plants are fine but the box was FREEZING! The mail person had no problem going into a different apartment to deliver a package so they blatantly ignored my request, ignored the label and carelessly left my plants to freeze. Im thankful my father was home to go grab them. Very disappointed.
