Brought my Volvo in. They were able to diagnose, get parts, and have it back in 24 hours. It was reasonably priced and they communicated the changes before they made them. They will be my Volvo repair shop going forward.

Weve had River West wofk on our vehicles for a few different issues, and theyve always done a great job for us. Communication is excellent, prices reasonable. In the back of the shop is River West dog grooming. Weve taken our dogs there for a number of years. Jolene was previously a Vet tech, so she knows dogs and recognizes possible health issues. She is amazing with our dogs, compassionate and caring. We wont go anywhere else with our dogs.

Stopped in without an appointment due a series of check engine lights that came on as we were heading south on Hwy 51. Very accommodating and were able to check over the concern and give us a professional opinion as to whether or not the car could be driven another 2 hours. Great shop and service. Thanks to all.

I am new to the area, and needed to find a new groomer. My poodle and I were treated very well! Groomer was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and explained their process for grooming. It was important to find out my preferences for how I wanted my poodle groomed, which I appreciated. She took extra step to let me know that she will make sure my poodle would have a good and happy experience and look forward to coming back, with good memories, not be scared :)I have never been so comfortable leaving my doggy in someone elses hands!!! Thank you Christy (?sp) and looking forward to the next visit! I would recommend these groomers.

I have been taking my Volkswagen and BMWs to York since I moved to this area about 10 years ago. I have never had a bad experience and hes always been up front with whats wrong and more than fair with what it will cost to fix it. Ill continue to take him my vehicles when service is necessary. Hands down best foreign car mechanic in the area that I have dealt with.

York and his entire staff are very professional and helpful. Theyll repair your vehicle for the long-haul, never just for the moment. They take pride in their effort! York is also a family man with daughters he devotes time to before and after school, so he knows what a vehicle means to another family. Hes never going to short-change anyone on a repair as important as transportation to get places safely.

Too bad I cant give them 0 stars. Unprofessional, poor customer service, and DISHONEST people. Expect to spend more money than originally quoted because they dont know how to perform a proper diagnosis. They will perform unnecessary repairs without your knowledge and expect you to pay for their mistakes. Dropped my car off with a stalling issue left with the same issue plus a scraped up car that they will not own up to. I would avoid this place like how they avoid your phone calls. What should have been a 6 hour job turned out to be a week. No thanks I will bite the bullet and take my car elsewhere. York also put 50 miles on my car overnight for whatever reason. My car still has its issues but I am just glad I will not have to put up with them anymore.

This business is owned by a married couple, he has the garage, she has a dog grooming business. I take our dogs to her. Shes a little more expensive than other groomers in the area, but shes good with our dogs and they like her.

I would trust them with any vehicle I bring them. They are as accommodating as possible, professional and know their stuff. The ONLY drawback I could think of (and keeps me from rating them 5 stars) is that they are understaffed and overworked...usually takes a minimum of a week to get your car back.

Dont trust my car with another mechanic. Always willing to give you the right price and is straight with you. No extra charges.

Everyone I dealt with at River West Motor Werks was friendly and knowledgeable. Their mechanics did excellent work, and for a very reasonable price.

They are very convenient for me, and so far they have been great.
