Landscapers broke two sliding doors in the development I live in. Management contracts out to this company to replace them. I get a call that the first sliding door is in and to make an appointment. Miscommunication happened and mixed up the date for install; which I understand happens. Call to attempt to reschedule and was greeted by the installer who left a VM while I was at work - It was pretty obvious he was annoyed and I was denied rescheduling the install until we figure out who is paying for the second window and when the second window comes in.. I come home work and find this attached on my door. I call to speak with the owners who did not seem to care about this experience with no overt apology or attempt to make this right (again, I understand things have been tough because of COVID, but this is poor customer service). Its been a month since this incident and have not have any comms for updates. Beyond frustrated especially since I have never dealt with this company as a customer and interactions have been subpar.

When I initially called and was told that someone would call me back was 3 weeks ago. I called 3 more times since then answering all the questions and asking to speak to the owners, needless to say that I am still waiting for a return call from the initial phone call of having someone come out to look at the window. This business used to be great, not sure whos working there now but I say that theyre not professional. Im going elsewhere!

Best window and door place around. The amount of knowledge and professionalism the team has is second to none. I use them any time I need new glass in a window and have also used them to replace around 15 windows in a large apartment building I run. The work they did was great. All around a very satisfied customer

Mike is the man, Steve does a great job in the office, my go-to company for Windows and Doors. I am a contractor, they respond quickly for my measurements, turn around time within 2 weeks to install and pricing is very fair. Thanks again guys, I’m thankful I found you several years ago! 🙏🙏

I was referred to this store by a friend and it was one of the best recommendations Ive had in a long time. Someone had broken one of my windows with a rock, I wanted it fixed before the weekend came and the employees did not disappoint. They called me the next day to tell me my window was ready to be picked up. They informed me of their other services, as far as coming to your home to look at possible replacement or renovation windows and when I am ready to do more windows in the house I will be calling them without a doubt!

I called and asked could someone come out and give me a quote still to this day no one has called me and made an appointment to come to my home I still have not gotten a quote it three weeks now And I called back three times now and each time they still tell me someone’s going to call me back

Been trying tp get someone from this company to come see a broken window I have in my home. Ive been calling them for 2 weekz. What kind of seevice is that ? Wouldnt trust them

I’m really outraged at the fact that these people couldn’t just say no they couldn’t repair my window. Instead I was told someone was going to come out and give an estimate til this day no one has showed it’s been 3 months every time I called “sorry were a little backed up “ are you seriously backed up for 3 months going on 4. This is ridiculous !
