Joe, his assistant Nicole and the crew are the BEST!! I called Joe on a Thurs., he came out (10 minutes early) on a Sat., and 3 1/2 weeks later (as promised), he personally came out with his guys to install my custom glass shower door. When we met that Sat. to go over measurements Joe took the time to carefully explain to me what thickness of glass and hinges he recommended and he answered all of my questions. I trusted him in my house while I was at work. Joe even gave me advice for keeping the glass clear. His prices are fair and you wont find a lifetime warranty anywhere else. There is a reason Seashore Glass has been in business for 45 years... and his name is Joe Pitzo. Dont go anywhere else!!

Joe’s had some problems with getting and keeping good office staff. Joe very thorough in his explanations and his crew are wonderful. Wonderful shower door job. Awesome. Looks beautiful. When I remodel downstairs bathroom will have Joe and his crew come back. Joe and crew very eager to please. Hopefully new office staff will have same attitude. So far so good.

Joe was truly a pleasure to talk to and work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I checked out several companies before Seashore. And none of them had the quality of work that I was offered and received from Seashore Glass and Mirror. No one else could offer a lifetime warranty. He and his technicians were professional, courteous and less expensive than their competitors. They gave me a life-time guarantee and cleaned up completely when they were done. He spend about 10 minutes to help me resolve the issue, I was having issue with my glass shower door. This is the way to run the business. Seashore Glass and Mirror designed and installed custom beveled glass mirrors in our living room . They also made a glass top for our Dining room table and a custom glass shower door for our master bath. They take great pride in their workmanship and their attention to detail was outstanding. They show up!!! I cant thank Joe and Brian enough (and Nicole) for helping us through a botched job from a contractor. Joe came when he said he would! We used Seashore Glass and Mirror to install shower doors when we renovated the main bathroom in our home a few years ago.This spring we decided to replace the master bath. For us, it was a no-brainer. We called Seashore. Again, they were responsive, reasonably priced and provided excellent workmanship.You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend Seashore Glass! They showed up when they said they would, very clean and neat job. The finished product came out beautifully. We had a small issue a few months down the road where the shower door was sticking. Called Seashore - they sent someone out within 2 days, and in 10 minutes the problem was solved!Would use them again in a heartbeat!

If I could offer zero stars I would! I ordered a decent sized order and was promised delivery in ten days. The day of delivery not only did it not arrive they had yet to cut the glass i ordered. I was understanding and they rescheduled for 2 days later. AGAIN they failed to deliver AND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE THE GLASS CUT. The customer service operator confirmed that it was an unfortunate circumstance but it would be taken care of that following Monday. I followed up today and the order has still not been cut. BEYOND unprofessional from start to finish. I cancelled my order and have moved on to another local competitor. Dont waste your time, they are clearly not in the business to make money or provide an iota of customer service.

Horrible experience. People there have worse attitude and they discriminate with customers. When we there to get quote for glass, they us double the quote and the guy standing next to us he wanted to buy same glass and they gave them different than us. He also insulted us. They just discriminate between color of skin. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible attitude. And disgusting personality too. Disgusting people with digesting mind. I would never go there and never suggest anyone go there.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment with Joe to get an estimate on what would have been an expensive job. After waiting for him to show up after 40 minutes I called the office to confirm that he was in fact still coming. He said that he was stuck on a job and on his way over. Over three hours and he never showed up nor give a courtesy call. Unsure of the quality of work this business produces as they have lost my business.

I dont usually write reviews but I really felt compelled to do so in this case. I had Seashore Glass install a frame-less shower door in 2011 since that time I only had to have them come out one time for a door adjustment. I recently had to contact them because of a leak they came out and took care of it seven years later and free of charge. You just dont get service like this every where!!!!
