Sometimes, youll get requested to come in 3x in a quarter (3 months). But, overall of the case workers Ive delt with have been very helpful--with three exception of one.. being Caucasian, I had the most difficulty with a female Caucasian (blonde, manicured, etc) claimed my Dr never sent in my Med-1 form though it was faxed 3xs. I had to do everything multiple times and finally kept track of every contact I had with her and the office... she refused my calls and never returned my calls, then refused my hand delivered med-1. Ugh... definitely called and spoke to her manager.
