I was in a pickle. The woman I spoke with helped me right away. I am Thankful!!!! And I will be using them from now on.

All I can say is the the team of people that work there are class A people. I would recommend everyone to go and see that team!!!

They wonderful everyone in the office is great people .

Initial experience was very ungrateful. Receptionist didn’t bother to look up and greet. Immediately, while keeping her eye contact on her computer asked us to have a seat. No other customers were there at the time yet we waited. After a few minutes of still no acknowledgement we decided to leave. As we exited, we thanked her(not sure why but we were taught manners) she replied”ok!” As if she wasn’t bothered in getting any business. It’s unfortunate a place loosing business due to a receptionist lack of customer service skills. (Ps: as a previous caller she was rude on the phone as well)

An insurance place.. not much to love or hate. They are always very helpful though and definitely laid back, kind of a take it or leave it attitude which is great
