I was down with no air at 90 out. I called and spoke to a professional lady named Destiney who scheduled me for a rep to come out and verify no AC. Lol I had the pleasure of having Eddie write up the sale who was willing to help me as well as his boss. Fine men. I was pleased as One Hour really helped me out. Then two guys Ed and Willie come into my home, review the situation, game plan it, then execute it with no option other then get it done right. They laid down throw blankets and cleaned up after themselves. This is who I want to be associated with, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and explaining to me about what they are doing and the reasons why. I couldn’t be happier. It has been over 10 months and my heating system has not past the city inspection. They have not returned to fix the problem. They came out in May to measure new duck work. Appointment was today to fix problem. No call from them. I called and was told they forgot to order duct work and dont know when it will be fix. Custumer service is horrible. DO NOT HIRE THEM.. They installed the wrong heater told me they did not have the one I order until after they ripped my heater out. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My family loves this company. This time around we asked for Tyler B. to come out again because he just seemed so knowledgeable from before (though I’m sure all their techs are very good). He helped up make a great product choice and was quick with scheduling out appointment to get out unit replaced in the middle of the summer. Very reliable.

Everyone that came out to the house to inspect and then install our new AC system were excellent. Tyler came for our service call and was very knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer all our questions and help us decide which new system we would need for our home. Joe, Steph, and Miguel came to install the new unit. They were very nice and professional. They completed the project with very little disturbances and were very clean. The service was pretty good (Tyler was fantastic). However they charge an arm and a leg for components that cost $10 (replaced a faulty contactor and charged me almost 40x). I get that that theres a premium for service on Sundays and I appreciate the fact that they came out within 8 hours of my initial call, however the cost wasnt commensurate, in my opinion. I dont see myself using their services again.

The installers June and Fonzie were professional and excellent at their jobs. The equipment didnt have enough return CFM capability(only 700CFM). Furnace needs 1200 CFM return to work properly. June pointed that out and entered that in his report. So Im waiting for the parts to be installed for the furnace to be completed properly.

They didnt show up for the first appointment because they didnt update their records with the new phone number associated with the address - I gave them both phone numbers associated with the address when I made the initial appointment.They did show up for the second scheduled appointment and mentioned theyd be back in the afternoon that day to complete the work, which included cleaning the unit to get it back up to warranty status. They never returned.Two days later I called to find out when they would be coming back and was told I would be called back. After another two days without a call back, I called again and was told the same thing. It has been 3 business days since the latest attempt to find out whats going on.- Brian in Ventnor

Eric was great. Thought I had an issue with the thermostat but found that I actually had a leak. Very thorough. Explained the issue and my options to fix it. Once I decided he set up appointment to return in 2 days to fix.

When we purchased our condo on the ocean we knew our HVAC had exceeded it’s life expectancy. Well, finally the day came. Our neighbor recommended One Hour with enthusiasm so we called and Tyler arrived within an hour or so. His evaluation of our system, recommendations and outlined options were clear, honest and thorough. We gave him the green light and the next day Craig and John showed up ready to work. They were personable, professional and neat. The job was a complete replacement of our entire system. It all went along seamlessly, from lugging the new compressor up on the roof, new plumbing, heater, etc, etc, etc. When they left there was nothing to show they had been in our home. Every scrap of debris gone. Additionally it is amazing that a company actually answers the phone, without having to punch in numbers to route the call or to leave a message. Today was a great day as Juan and Joe were exceptional and excellent in their craft. They were very informative about what we could expect. When I questioned them about what another salesperson of a different company had said I would need Juan explained that a liner is only used for oil or propane heating 🤔, I was very comfortable with the knowledge of both their competency and how well they worked in harmony leaving a place of peace. I had a full HVAC system placed and they installed the system incorrectly. I had a call from them- one of the managers who felt bad because he knew the job was not done correctly but the owner did not call- he knew the job was not done correctly as well - the manager told me not all the parts were installed because the person who installed it was angry with the companyand he quit so he did not do my job correctly. They said they were coming to fix the bad installation of an over 8000.00 system. They had to cut a hole in the floor run duct work so that the system could work correctly. Prior to them leaving that day which was several months after the initial installation- they said- sorry we don’t have the condenser for the system so we have to order it and we will call you to install it as soon as it comes in. It has been over a year and still no condenser . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Use anyone else but them.I am still chasing them to finish a job and I have no idea if the system is running correctly without a condenser.It has been AWFUL! Don’t use them

Installed a high efficiency system Eric was very detailed about how much of a difference this investment would make. There was a small issue after installation and Eric ended up being on call he addressed the issue immediately and did what needed to be done. The install guys missed a small step but Eric fixed it in a very small amount of time. The company honors their work. They said sheet rock would be included had Anthony come out and patch a 4 inch hole where the old heater vent was. He noticed a crack when he came back to sand it and gave it another coat then came back to sand another time. Pays attention to detail! 10 year warranty on this thing and a rebate as well I just applied for. One hour sends all the paperwork! Very pleased nothing is perfect but the company stands behind their word to make sure it gets done right!!

One Hour called me the day before each visit to remind me of the appointnent and called me the day of the visits to let me know when the tech was on his way. All three techs (Eric, Justin and Juan) were very professional, knowledgable and on time. Eric did the initial visit and was very clear with explaining the options we had to fix our AC. He gave us three different options from the most costly, to the less expensive one. Before he left he made sure our AC was up and running so the house would be cool and comfortable while waiting for the actual install we chose to go with. Justin did the install about 5 days after Erics visit. Justin too was very professional and efficient. He explained each step he was taking during his visit and gave us further reccomendations on how to keep our heating and cooling system working right. We couldnt be happier with the choice we made to use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and will continue to use this company. Thanks.
