This is a great place for kids to lose their energy. My both sons absolutely love it!But beware: cover your childs entire body with clothes: long sleeves, socks and pants (no shorts or short sleeves)! Otherwise burns on elbows and legs are inevitable.Also, it is a wonderful place for a kids party. And the prices are in a midrange, compared to the other businesses.

This place definitely has a good balance between the room sizes. The first room has three bounce House. Our kids injured probably the most on the ball hopping. Air hockey as well in the first room.The second room has a very big slide kids and adult enjoyed this a lot. Also there is a rock climbing wall which is good for the kids I suggest that adults should not be climbing this since its very easy even for the kids. That is a bouncy basketball nets in this room as well but I guess everybody was so much enjoying the big slide so nobody paid too much attention to this.their party room size is good enough for probably I would say 40 people if you have more than that then its not good.overall it was a very fun for the kids and I would suggest that you can book parties here.

Very organized, and fun for the kids! All presents go into a large dedicated rolling bin as you enter. Then you go to the first fun room. Cubbies for shoes, benches for sitting.After a while, you move into a different fun room. This one has the balloon drop, and hurricane booth. Lastly you move into the party room for cake and pizza. Two long bench tables, one for adults and the other for adults. 3 or 4 employees help and supervise everything! From serving to cleaning up. They also photograph everything for you! Uploaded to a web site for all guests with a code to see. Fun with little hassle for the parents! Vending machines and the front desk sells stuff.

Had a great time there, the staff was very accommodating as there were not many there. We played so much we were out of breath and had to take a breather a few times!

Great place for children to throw a birthday party . They also have regular non-party play days . Ideal for age levels up to 8-9 . They have various party packages to choose from or customize your own . Staff seems to be doing what they are best at nothing exceptional .There are restrictions to food items you are allowed if you are throwing a party . The party menu is available online .The time limit is just about ok for everyone to enjoy the play arenas, cut the cake, get food into their mouth and get going .They have staff monitoring safety and guiding all kids to arena 1 and 2 and also a staff for party room .Come wearing your own socks or buy at extra $ at the front desk . Signing the disclaimer is mandatory once you check in . The venue is clean and well equipped .

Best place to do a party, they do everything for you, super nice organization, as a host you just have to say what you want and they will do it so you have time to talk to your guests. Buy the picture option so then you dont have to be running behind the kids to take pictures. Will do it again. My guests loved it

Amazing place to have a birthday party for little kids. They take you through a couple different rooms, each one with different activities set up and then on to the party room for cake and pizza. Roughly 2 hours from start to finish and the kids all sleep great that night.

We attended the parents night out. My child said The staff were nice and the place was fun. However, there were rowdy kids who were hitting and pushing. But those kids got timeout. I would recommend this place for 4 yrs old and above. But my child also said When we went to the eating room, the pizza was late but when it arrived, the staff fed the babies and my kids had a great time. I am very happy they fed my four year old son and took care of him when my child got sick at pump it up. The kids had a great time!

Great party venue for kids! Pizza leaves something to be desired though. Go for the awesome inflatable jump toys, not the food haha

I can not imagine a better place to host a trouble free party for my kid. If I did the same thing at my house I would spend nearly 2 grand and still have all the work and stress to deal with And I could never fit 6 different inflatables in my backyard. This place deserves 5 stars and should get 6 stars for having to deal with people that complains about it!!! I LOVE PUMP IT UP !!!

Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, and overall a fantastic experience! The only criticism I have is that the rooms were a bit smaller than the ones Ive seen at other pump it ups, so not as many options for the kiddos to play with. This place was great for a birthday party!

Easy to reserve and coordinate. You dont clean up and just need to bring some extra drinks and chips. Kids have a great time with minimal supervision. Dont expect the world and youll be pleasantly surprised.

Hi, To whom it may concern,I brought my daughter to a bday party yesterday 8/18/2019 at 3pm. I did the tall slide at the 2nd party room. While I slide down on the right side with my arms touching the bottom of slides, the seams on the slide cut up the inside of my elbow’s skin. It was really hurt and still hurts today. I believe you need to fix this major safety issue before operating again. I’ve let the host take a picture of my cuts yesterday. Please take this issue seriously. Most of the kids there were too little to tell where the cuts come from...Thanks,Juan

Its a good place to have a birthday party. My girl likes there and shes having fun. The parking lot is spacious.

By reservation 90% of the time. Barely open to the public. Nothing like turning away paying customers.

My daughter loves this place. Its a good way for her to exert some energy and I got a multi day pass so its inexpensive for her to play and have fun. She loves the ice cream jump and the pizza jump!!!

This is the go-to location for 5 year old birthday parties. Ive been there 4 times in the last year. The kids always enjoy it and sleep well that night. 😁

My daughters friends birthday party was held here. It is definitely a fun place for kids - they get to play on the bouncing stuff and have their staff watch out for the safety of the kids. Overall I liked this place and I would totally take my daughter again to this place.

We had a birthday party there for 5 year old. It was lots of fun and i like that everything is arranged in nice convenient way. Cons: i wish their pumps that blow air into inflatables be covered so that little kiddos wont have access to the and therefore adult wont have to stay as a guard in fron of those things.

These are value for money. Come in play, follow the party hosts (2 high school kids) and play, get out in 2 hours.May feel a bit rushed but you get used to it after the first party.
