I am a regular as I only live 5 min away. I had a very unprofessional tech today. She was very rough and cut me while filing my foot with the scrubber and then also gave me a deep cut while removing my cuticles. But thats not the problem - its an accident and can happen to anyone. The problem was that she tried to hide it and deny it. When the bleeding wouldnt stop(there was blood in the water and on the towels), she tried to blame it on me saying that I already had a cut.Finally she did give a band aid. She tried to stop the bleeding with some of the cotton(used for removing nail paint) and hydrogen peroxide she had.I would like to give feedback to management that you should re-train this tech to be gentle and careful while working with sharp tools. Also if you mess up and hurt someone - its ok. Just own up, apologize and provide first aid instead of denying it and arguing with your customer. Please train your techs on how to provide first-aid.

Superb place. Very tidy and clean. Love its environment. All the staff is very polite. I went for pedicure and the lady was so good at her work. And the price is also reasonable. I will come again soon.

Amazing place!! I got a gel manicure and they were so attentive to details. They turned out perfectly! The salon is clean, friendly staff, on time for my appointment, and did a great job. Definitely coming to JC Nails Spa again!!

I’ve been coming here for years and would recommend JC Nails Spa as the very best! I’m super picky and drove all the way to San Jose to get my nails done before I found Professional Nails. Everyone is super nice and my nails are always perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nice, clean space, but not happy with what I am walking away with. I requested, showed a picture of how I like my nails shaped. Its a relatively simple almond shape.First, she used tips that were too wide and dug into my skin, I should have left at that point.I wasnt happy with the shape on three of the nails, and I brought it up several times throughout the process and I was told it would be fixed. I brought it up again as she was applying nail polish, and was told that it would be fixed but that I should have brought it up earlier. (Very annoying since I HAD.) She made several attempts to try to fix the nail, which I appreciate but she couldnt do it.After being very unhappy I decided to go somewhere else to have them fix what this lady did. I do not recommend this location if you want anything other than some basic square short nail.

That not happened ones . In pictures you can see 3 days pedicures completely chipped off . The quality of supplies is very low and lady scrubbed my under arch skin and didnt touch heel aria . So it was hurt to step on my feet for couples day and pedicure looks awful . I will not come back

Had to get my nails done tonight and they were fast, got me in right away, nice and they did great!!!! I had a guy do my nails, don’t remember his name but he was nice and did an amazing job! I totally will come back here!

I came here with a friend for mani pedis. I found the place to be cute and well maintained. Service was good too. BUT the quality of my manicure paint job is horrible! I could have done better myself. The second coat of my polish is literally only on 2/3 of most nails. Its embarrassing to keep on frankly. And I would have had them fix it but I left before realizing how bad it looked. Wish I could post pictures here. Really disappointing.

From day one I fell in love with this place. The people are so kind and the services u receive is really nice!!! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

I hardly ever get out to do my nails. I have two young children and not a lot of help. I dont live in the area, was visiting, and though I was excited to be taken in as a walk in on a Friday, I was a bit surprised at the price of $30 for a fill and am very disappointed in the result. Saturday one nail (index finger on left hand) chipped and broke. Monday it broke further down. Tuesday morning my thumb nail chipped as did my ring finger on the same hand - within the same hour! I was making lunch for my kids (fruit, nuts, cheese, crackers) -- not doing anything hard or tough on my hands. I cannot seem to post pictures.

I didn’t like this place. I got a pedicure and the nail polish never dried. The lady did a horrible job.

They do a decently good job for their prices here in Pleasanton but be wary and make sure you look at the prices beforehand because they swiped my card before I corrected them on overcharging me.

They need to spend more time on you when you pay extra for added services
