The volume of 1 star reviews and claims of Absolute despicable service is bizarre. We have had nothing but a positive experience over the past 3+ years. Messages and phone calls are returned fast. Each and every team member we have worked with has gone above and beyond for my kid, and they deeply care for her well being.Have we had to deal with less than ideal scheduling delays? Yes. This complaint should be taken higher up the Kaiser chain and not targeted here. Demand additional staffing and material change from the Executive team if youre mad.And nah, no one asked me to write a five star review. I came here to get the phone number and saw the one star complainers. Baffling.

I wasnt surprised to see this facilities average review score after dealing with the office staff a few times. Their staff is untrained and rude. They treated me like I was a problem rather than a patient. The staff here doesnt care about helping people, they care about getting off the phone as soon as possible. They dont call back and return voicemails, they dont follow up, nothing. Absolute despicable service.

Seems necessary to say weve had a very positive experience here for 2 years with my son. No complaints whatsoever. And to the person who said all 5 star reviews were fake, I assure you... mine is not.

I have been seeing multiple therapists here For eight years and they keep on transferring it’s not very consistent.I don’t get therapy for like yearly it’s really bad services.I feel like there’s been like a slight prejudice of helping patients who have disabilities. They seem to focus on fields of ADHD and ADD but not like PDD. They seem to favor patience of different ethnic backgrounds instead of disability.

The only helpful people here are Receptionists. I’ve been going here for the past 10 years after wasting my time here with the unhelpful therapists I have decided to go outside of Kaiser to seek a different a therapist, but I still have my psychiatrist here because of my insurance.my outside therapist recommended that I get tested for autism and when I talk to the manager at Kaiser, they refused to give me testing because of the therapists at Kaiser I Previously had didn’t see any symptoms.They are apathetic and dismissive, and Disorganized. I would recommend you seek help elsewhere.

They helped my Wife gain control over her panic attacks. Very satisfied.

Very disappointed in the services here. Kaiser should be ashamed of their mental health services. My son tried to get some therapy here over the last 4 years with 2 different therapists. They were supposed to help my autistic adolescent with social communication d.o. The first therapist told me I might have to just be ok with what happens with him? The second therapist actually was offended by some of my sons choice of words. Now instead my sons self esteem is even lower. Thanks Kaiser for nothing.

Its too bad we cant give them zero stars. It takes a herculean effort to even GET an appointment here, but if you do, do not count yourself lucky. As another reviewer pointed out, the therapists or PhDs here dont give a f*** about anything beyond putting in their required hours. Apparently, that class action lawsuit has had no positive impact in the time since I tried to get help here 10 years ago, or our daughter 5 years ago, after her mother abandoned her. Shame on Kaiser!! Thats why youll never see this place in all those Thrive ads. And why NONE of the fake 5 star reviews on here have ANY comments whatsoever. Zero stars! Seek help elsewhere!

Small center, Ive visited the same psychiatrist a few time here and took a couple group classes for mental health. What ive taken away from here has had a healthy impact on me and really helped me feel in control of the things that lead me call.

This facility is the worst place you can seek help for your child in chrises. When you complain about them not providing the services to help your child. Kirsten manager will use what you disclosed to Your Psychiatrist Deshmukh against you to hide there mistakes and dishonesty. Dr. Deshmukh says one thing to you and denies herself she lies in your face. Instead of your child getting help they need, they make there stress level more than helping them in chrises. I have taken my child to this facility since he was 8 years old in the passed 6 years they’ve only made an effort to see him not more than 5 because they try to tell you that your child don’t need these services, that is not true because they have so many patients they try to get rid of them instead of helping them. It becomes to the point that your child will be to the point that nothing will help. Please advocate for your child to get them the help they need and deserve cause this facility don’t give a dam about your child. DO NOT GO here, every single time you call you will be put on hold for at least 20 minutes until you give up. I was scheduled for a consultation which they were supposed to call me for and they did not reach out and missed my appointment. I need help and this department is not doing what it promises to do. So frustrated and sad that you can’t find help when you need it

This place is a joke, absolute bottom of the bucket doctors. Huge waste of time and resources

The PhDs here are all incredibly unhelpful dont waste your time if you want a prescription
