I came in for an MRI of my Right Knee today, and everything went well without a hitch. From arrival and registration, to the actual MRI procedure, the staff were very professional. They courteously answered all my concerns and were thorough in the conduct of the procedure. I highly recommend NorCal Imaging - Pleasanton.

I would highly recommend NorCal imaging for any imaging or services they provide!I had used the mammogram, ultrasound, and X-ray imaging services for my visit today and they were are all excellent! All of the front desk staff and technicians are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor on site who reviews the images if needed is very thorough and informative. He made sure there was no doubt of what the imaging findings were showing and is not hesitant to do more imaging and use alternate types of imaging and angles to be sure, and he will even go into your exam room and follow up with you directly and do the imaging himself after if needed to be even more thorough. The staff (and doctor if necessary) will make sure to communicate with you what is going on and why they are doing what they are doing and happy to let you review your images after they are done and provide you CD comes right after for you to take home if you want them, you just have to ask and they are happy to!I went in feeling nervous especially since it was my first mammogram and did not know what to expect and all of the staff and the tech were very comforting and provided helpful tips for preventative care and info on possible things I can do to make overall health improvements. I also had to do X-rays for another part of my body unrelated to the mammogram and they were also very helpful and kind.I walked away feeling confident that all of my imaging and diagnosis from my imaging are going to be absolutely accurate and thorough, while also very pleased with the BEST imaging experience I have ever had, and went by quickly which was unexpected compared to other imaging places I have used and especially since I had over 2 hours of different imaging done and they had me in and out quickly while having me busy the whole time completing everything I needed to get done so I was done in the least amount of time possible and never waiting more than a couple of minutes for the next step, and I felt comfortable, welcomed, and informed the entire time due to the amazing staff, clean and updated office and equipment, and overall wonderfully positive experience!Thank you NorCal imaging Pleasanton for being so amazing and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing imaging or any of there services! :)

Getting a mammogram was a very pleasant experience.the girl who did it, was kind,emphatetic and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. The waiting period I was not too crazy about,yetthe staff was only looking after my own well being, they also did an ultrasound just to make sure there was nothing left behind to check. The ultrasound experience went smoothly, even the music was perfect in both proper volume and taste. Keep up the good work! oh..BTW.. did I mention it was spotless?

My second visit to NorCal Imaging and it was just as pleasant and professional as I remember the first time. Very friendly and accommodating staff that greet you kindly with a smile (mask on) upon arrival. They maintain very good and healthy COVID protocols. The wait time was short and I was able to charge my phone while I waited with a convenient outlet right next to where I was sitting. I have had a great visit each time at Norway Imaging. Fantastic place to get all your Imaging needs met.

This is my second time to have a biopsy in NorCal Imaging, Pleasanton . The front desk person is nice and helpful. The 2 technologist that helped Dr. Kuniyohi are very caring and making sure that I am okey. Good job Dr. Kuniyohi and the 2 technologists!

NorCal is fantastic! Scheduling was easy. I was taken in for my appointment on time. The facility is immaculately clean and even has cute seasonal decor. My technician was extremely professional and skilled. She communicated so well and she was very pleasant. It is rare to find a facility that is so organized where everyone working there is happy and helpful.

I had never been before.And nothing to compare too.For my visit, It was fast and efficient. In and out with in a half hour or less. Staff was friendly and professional. And was very clean and quiet.

My son needed a last minute CT scan before college. Kenya helped us schedule. She was so understanding and friendly. She is the perfect person to handle customers. She is the reason for the 5 stars 😊

Your mammogram Tech. Had a stuffiness and hoping she did not have Covid. I hope you check your staff. The ultra sound Tech not sure if she gave me a good test. I have had many over the years. It was to quick. She mentioned I had a full bladder I dont see how when I only had a half bottle of water. They act like they did not want me their. Never had a problem tell today. I like to go to the same place. However I guess I start going another place. Boy its so hard getting good care.

Staff was super! Friendly, communicative, efficient! The only issue I encountered was trying to make an appointment….tried several times and was on hold for so long. I kept giving up. Eventually got through and the employee was efficient and communicative.

Very great experience. At the reception area the ladies are very accommodating. CLARISSA at the Mammogram Department is so amazing she made me very comfortable during the entire procedure. I love her and want to see her again next year.

Kenya is an associate who happened to answer the phone the day I called to schedule two image requisitions my Doctor ordered for me. She advised me there were three calls ahead of mine which was okay with me because I was able to finally call in to schedule an appointment at another office location.I normally use another location but, there were a few issues which prevented me from doing so. As their Imaging machine was unavailable and then by their office not having a technician available. I was initially told they no longer do any Imagining at that office location until I found out that was not so.So Kenya at NorCal Imaging in Pleasanton was the perfect person to speak with to schedule my appointment with.she advised me a head of time that before she would schedule me in (since Ive never had a mammogram taken through NorCal), I needed to contact the company that did do the mammogram to request & obtain a copy of the CD with my images along with the paperwork of the screening results. That alone took more than a week to set up.As soon as I had both the CD Images and the paperwork results in hand I called Kenya back and she thanked me for getting that information for the records and then proceeded by scheduling my appointment date and time. Everyone there very friendly and professional. The office location and premises kept very clean, tidy and all Covid procedures inforced. Id definitely make another appointment at this location again.Great team work !!!!

Great staff with amazing service. We accidentally went to the wrong location and upon arrival to the correct facility they offered to stay open a little longer and perform our mri so we would not have to reschedule. Truly amazing quality and customer care, would go back in a heartbeat!

Because the change of my insurance, I wanted to move my appointment much sooner. The appointment staff remembered my request, called me when there is a cancellation. They are very kind.The place is located in a high end medical building. There is a sofa in the hallway in the common area. Building Restroom is very clean.This NorCal Facility is very clean and well renovated. Much better than the NorCal at San Leandro.The nurse is very nice. Doctor does a good job.

I arrived promptly at my assigned time. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I only waited a few minutes before I was escorted to the imaging room. The technician was friendly and kind. A little friendly chit chat goes a long way!I was in and out within 15 minutes. With the 3D imaging I didn’t experience and of that painful pancake squishing!

Great customer service all the way around. Will be using them for all imaging services. Prices are way better than any other place.

Why would a medical office not allow x-ray appointments during Covid-19? I arrived at 8am and had to wait well over an hour to get x-rays done. The front office was quick to take my money at 8am, and let me know it would be a 30-40 minute wait. One hour later,I approached the front desk. They finally informed me they needed to contact my Doctor for clarification on my x-ray order. Would I have been informed had I not approached the front desk?

This is the only place I go for all my imaging: mammogram, ultrasound, x-rays, MRI. They are very professional. They are Covid compliant and even make sure that you don’t use a pen previously used by someone else. The staff is incredibly friendly. The radiology technician assures your comfort and answers all questions. The call center person, Kendra, was very helpful, friendly, and nice even when she says she has to call and reschedule your appointment! I cannot think of anything even remotely negative about this place.

Just got a mammogram from the Norcal Imaging in Pleasanton. They were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. In addition, the staff member explained everything as the exam occurred. They are very professional. I was in and out without any problems. I will return and reccomend my friends and family. Great job, guys!!!!

I had an MRI today of my breast. Check in was quick even with two people in front of me. After filing out the paperwork I was called in a few minutes later. After putting on the gowns and shorts they provide I had to lay face down on a bed that raises the torso up and your breast have a large area cut out for them so they are not pressed up against you. I could breath fine and freely. I could not see the machine just the hole for my face and it was open so light and air was let in, I didnt feel claustrophobic. It took a half hour and I was done. The technician was very sweet, nice and empathetic. Great experiencetoday.

I was a walk in and was seen in less than fifteen minutes. The staff was professional and pleasant in dealing with my appointment. Overall great experience.

Staff at the front desk were very kind however my technician was the worst. Not only did she make the ultrasound a painful process because she was pressing so hard, she was making very inappropriate comments. When I told her I had taken my medication in the morning she acted shocked and asked if they were prescribed (obviously they were). Then after asking me questions she diagnosed me before even doing the ultrasound. She then started giving medical advice such as not to take anything prescription for her diagnosis and to only take probiotics. Very dangerous considering she was not a doctor and only the technician.

This is my first time here. I thought the office staff were efficient and pleasant, however, this was not the case for the technician who performed my ultrasound. She was brusque, cold and unprofessional. This was the first time I have had a procedure done where the door to the examination room was not shut all the way. During the ultrasound that was external, the door was cracked open about 3 inches. Im not a prudish woman, at 54 years old, but that was not par for the course. To be fair, when the internal ultrasound was conducted, she did shut the door completely.She also was on her cell phone while I went out to use the restroom. I had to wait for her to finish, before I entered again, lest I intrude.Also, she had me undress and dress while she was in the room, again, Im not prudish, but I was a little taken aback because even my own OB Gyn leaves the room to afford us privacy.She did not even say that it would hurt a little and I should brace myself for the painful procedure. She did stop when I told her to stop, so Im glad she listened. I dont know, I just thought for such an intimate procedure, a little levity and warmth wouldve gone a long way.Unfortunately, I have to return for a mammogram. I sure hope I dont get her again.

Had a good experience with the facility. Except the changing room they gave me to change and lock my personal items had a big spider web on its door that made me wonder if the room is thoroughly cleaned after each patient.

The technician was extremely rude from the very first moment and made us feel very uncomfortable. I believe her name was Loraine. I have been to the Norcal in Walnut creek location. They are so much nicer and professional.

Excellent service, without appointment, with in 15 minute all the job done. Supervisor, front desk, exray technician, all professional they did a good job. I am using this place quite often. I love this place.

My experience itself was fine. The staff was friendly and appeared quite competent. I wish I had known ahead of time I was having X-rays because I receive an employee discount elsewhere.

I went back to the dressing rooms and lady told me you know what to do so I got undressed and got the gown on and I didnt know where to go or what to do and I just stood in the doorway for 15 to 20 minutes without anybody coming by without knowing where I was supposed to go. I thought that that was negative experience. That is the only negative experience Ive ever had at this place otherwise the place has been great

The staff at NorCal imaging are very efficient. The whole experience only took a few minutes. Everybody was friendly, professional and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable during the imaging and explained everything.The appointment system sends phone and text reminders along with the address. We were very pleased with our appointments there.

From the time that I arrived at the office my experience was great. The front desk receptionists were nice and patient to all those they assisted. I had two appointments. Ultrasound was perfect. Tech Jasmine assisted me and she was soooo pleasant and thorough. Made me feel right at home with her caring nature and spirit. I felt right at ease. Next I had a mammogram appointment and this one was a bit different from the first appointment. I waited for while to get scanned and I was looking for my technician to give me directions but ran into, who seemed to be her manager, and she was not nice. Rude actually. The technician just was running around to make corrections like her head was cut off. Once I got my mammogram the tech doing those was sooooo nice so I forgot all about what had just happened. She was thorough and put my mind at ease by giving me ALL OF THE FACTS of what I was about to experience. It was my first time. I’m overall happy with going to this facility minus the one lady. Thank you!

Radiologist was awesome- not too long of a wait - the receptionist was extremely rude, I couldn’t believe the way she treated me - as I choose to go to that establishment as a cash paying customer the most unprofessional woman but as I said the radiologist was so awesome he made up for the negative experience I initially received

The first receptionist I spoke to was horrible. She should NOT be in the medical field as the only cate she gives is to herself. Luckily, the second lady I spoke with was wonderful. She was kind and attentive. I wish I had their names.

I liked that I got in and out fairly quickly and that I could fill out most forms online. Unfortunately, I was supposed to fill out the forms on the day of the appointment even though the link was texted to me ahead of time, so I had to fill out forms again. Also, some of the staff didnt seem too happy to be there. However, the doctor who judged my mammogram results was friendly and kind and gave me good feedback. I wish I would have asked for his name. Overall, it was a painful and uncomfortable experience, but people did what they had to do and it was over with quickly enough.

The front desk ladies seemed a little cold, but the lady who did my MRI (3/19/21) was such a warm, welcoming, pleasant lady. I wish I remembered her name because she was a doll. Shes the reason Im giving this place 5 stars.This is an updated review. I had to get a CT (5/24/21) scan at this place today. The technician guy was ok. He was not as friendly as the lady who did my MRI, but professional none the less.

Scheduling girls are fantastic as always, friendly and professional. Unfortunately my order was not scanned in, basically lost by the front supervisor which delayed my procedure. This is not the first time happening there. I excitedly shared with Elena who called me in I just had my first COVID 19 vaccine. She found it necessary to tell me she would never get it. That was scary to hear so I said if everyone felt that way the pandemic would never end and her reply was that God would end it. Yikes! I wanted to share that communication with the manager so asked an employee to see him/her when I discovered my order was lost. Finally had my very pleasant mammogram and waited for the Mgr. In the meantime the lady who found the Mgr actually asked me why I return to this place for services. Wow! What a question to ask a customer.That was highly inappropriate as was Elena telling me, during a pandemic, that she would never get a vaccine, any kind. She should keep that to herself. Good way to scare customers away.

****UPDATE*** 4/7/2021.. Five stars for CARISSA. Front desk girls need some practice on patient service. As I said in my first review I have been coming to Norcal for years. I got called back for a second mammogram which of course was very stressful. The girl at the front desk.. very dark hair.. was incredibly condescending and did not smile once. Some if us are there for not such great news and we dont need someone like her greeting us. I wish I got her name. ( No name tag visible). I was so frustrated with her I was going to actually ask for the manager. However, I got called back for testing and CARISSA, the technician who I encountered the first time and now the second time was so very welcoming and VERY kind. It doesnt excuse the front desk but it did make up for the frustration I had coming in. This is not the first time the girls at the front were rude. Someone needs teach them how to treat patients with kindness..

I had 2 procedures to do. They scheduled the appointments back-to-back so I didnt have to make a second trip in.I had been in a bad car accident so Im a slow mover. They were very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable.I would definitely recommend Nor Cal Imaging to everyone I know.

Reception to dressing room to MRI suite was a breeze. I was treated very professionally. Manny and Adrian explained every detail. Mri equipment was spotless and sterilized. My study was promptly read and I was notified. Great 👍 experience.

Because of chronic episodes of vertigo, my ENT doctor referred me to NorCal Imagining in Pleasanton for an MRI. I came in terrified that I would not be able to control a cough or scratch an itch on my face. During a brain MRI, your head must remain still for at least 30 minutes. Manny, my technician gave me the best care as I went through this procedure . None of my fears were warranted. I was even given a CD of my scan for my records. A+ facility.

Very impressed with NorCal Imaging. They were friendly, on time and made a somewhat not so pleasant procedure that I had to have done (a TV pelvic ultrasound) much more bearable and kept my mind at ease explaining the whole process every step of the way. NorCal seems to have a major privacy issue as instead of calling me they ended up call my twin brother. Don’t know we’re they got his phone number as my phone number was on the order request. My brother calls me concerned there is something worry as I hadn’t told him or anyone about the appointment. Then when I do get called they send me a text to fill out some information before the appointment and the name on the text was to a Ms Smith which isn’t me. When I show up for the appointment they tell me didn’t call my brother. Something is very wrong with they schedule of appointment. However when I finally got the scan the person doing the scan was very nice and apologetic.

I was unaware of my copay because of new plan. They let me be seen anyway. The technician could not have been any nicer and the front girls were very professional. I didnt have a long wait and they dont make appointments. I could have been there all day if there were more people walking in. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

My appointment was taken in on time. After having a reaction to the contrast I was taken care of right away. All around good experience.
