I scheduled to receive an estimate of my home. No one showed up at the designated time, and no one answered the phone when I called. Very bad business practice!!

Very poor service on move out cleaning, cabinet has dust, fan was not clean, vacuum was not done properly, corner were missed. They left the house unattended, didn’t even wait for review

They did a wonderful job on our move in clean so we decided to use them on biweekly service and every time they do an amazing job.

I was very pleased and happy with the service very professional from the beginning of making my appointment to coming to my house especially during these hard times with covid they took every precaution and very friendly I appreciate there hard work and dedication to help serve us especially during these times in need the owner was quick to reply and also did a follow to see if everything was okay I will definitely use them again I highly recommend them thank you again

Review Update: The manager called and I received a full refund.We requested a deep clean for 2.5 hours for our new house. We wanted it to be cleaned before officially moving in. The maids spent 2 hours, mopping and vacuuming only and tried to leave 30 minutes before the allotted time. They ignored the majority of the work: three closets with only have 1 shelf in each were all covered with dust, the kitchen sink wasnt even touched (food still in it), all the window sills had cobwebs and needed to be vacuumed, toilet bowls still dirty. We let them just leave after the 2 hours because we were so frustrated with the service. I called management and we refunded us the amount $50 for the half hour of service we didnt receive, no other compensation. I then spent the next 2 hours completing the rest of the cleaning that was completely missed.

My regular team, Blanca and Enriqueta are thorough and efficient. I’ve been using the service for over ten years and I continue to be satisfied.
