I have had issues for months with this company. The extra insurance is a scam. Dryer door vent easily and they refuse to call me back to help me get it fixed.They hire friends and family and when the employees screw up management refuses to correct the situation.They call the day your due 2 hours before they open and harassing you and not allowing you time to come up to the store and make a payment.Don’t even get me started on not being able to pay off something with an over the phone payment. They don’t feel that COVID is a problem and don’t care if you are trying to protect yourself or your family.Oh and the General manager and the store manager are best friends and won’t do anything either.

Went in and was instantly greeted and helped. was in and out within 20 minutes Samantha was great help and knowledgeable about what we needed

When in today to look for a couch the general manager Samantha was very very very helpful helped me find one in my budget very very nice lady.

Went in for a washer. Left with that & a living room set with manageable payments! Pleased with the service we received.

Samantha got me approved same day and furniture delivered same day the delivery guys set up everything with care and friendly I highly recommend Buddy’s they did an awesome job!

I have called looking for a specific product and the old crew would tell me I’d get call back and never would receive one. I went a couple of days ago and got helped by Samantha and Cody and they were absolutely blessings and when they said they would call back they actually called right back and kept in touch with me while they were trying to find the product I was looking for I greatly recommend giving them a try.

I went in to the store for the first time ever and decided to get washer and dryer set and let me tell you they are so nice, especially Ashley she was very helpful. I recommend everyone going there to get anything they need, They are all very nice and helpful.

I got Mostly all My Furniture from Buddy . Love there Customer service Couldn’t figure out what I wanted but they took there time looking out for me even finding the perfect Sofas, etc At there other store location . Thanks Ashely for helping me out .
