Serviceware provide a professional, speedy and thorough computer repair service. I booked a Mac laptop repair appointment and it was faster and easier than booking directly with Apple in the Mall. The team was quick to find several possible issues and they delivered many options starting with the free fixes, then moving on to the more difficult possibilities. Sadly my computer need the more costly fix, but they literally tried everything before that last resort. They provided an honest and communicative service that was much more personable than Apple for sure. Highly recommend.

The staff was really nice and professional! I was there because one of the keycaps on my keyboard fell off. They replaced my keycap for free! They also provided me with some valuable advice about my macbooks battery life. Will come here again for any future assistance with my laptop!

Excellent and friendly service. I could not plug my power cord into my iphone. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it while I waited.

Josh fixed my laptop charging problem, explained the problem and what he tried, and let me know about a recall. Way better experience than Apple store and faster and more available without long wait times.

Very nice and efficient. I brought my MacBook Pro for battery service. Their workflow is so clear and neat. Done the inspection and warrenty check within 15 minutes. Then order parts and get it fixed in 24 hours. Super recommend!

Super nice folks. I got myself in trouble changing my own battery on a 2019 MacBook Air. I’d done successful surgery on my older machines, wouldn’t recommend it on these new ones. My battery kit didn’t have all the needed tools and things are way trickier.They clearly explained the worse and best cases. With some fiddling they got it to the best case scenario, replacing only one damaged part. While they were at it they fixed a USB-C port that had never worked and did a warranty replacement on my butterfly keyboard, all while friendly and patient and for less than another place wanted for just a battery change. They will do all my Apple maintenance from now on. Highly recommended.

Quickly repaired my laptop! Other places I tried wanted me to leave it but Service ware understood my urgency and agreed to see if he could fix it right away and he did! Wow! Such great service! The 3 who work there are kind, comprehensive, and provided fantastic service. I rely on my laptop, as a student, and they fixed it in a timely fashion. Making an appointment was easy as well as getting an estimate. Will be going back if I need any further help and definitely recommend.

These guys provided amazing service. Head here before the apple store! They fixed my MacBook in an incredibly timely fashion and were helpful about cost estimate and prevented me from getting a new computer altogether.

11/10 would recommend. Easiest, fastest, and most hassle free service I’ve ever had for Apple repair. They were able to order the part before I took my laptop in so I could still use it in the meantime while the part was being shipped. When I brought it in, they had it fixed in 45 minutes. So much easier than when I had my laptop fixed a year ago at a different store. Great service!

Very very pleased with the service, took in my new 16in MacBook Pro as the screen had cracked. Jenn and Travis know what they’re doing and go above and beyond for their customers. They had my laptop fixed in no time and even stayed open a little later to allow me to pick it up after work. If I ever have issues with my laptop I’ll be sure to always go to them.

My display broke randomly so i brought my Macbook Pro in for service. The team was very knowledgable, responsive and timely! I was so shocked at how quick the turn around was. For sure recommend this company especially being certified by apple for repairs and COVID has limited the number of people in the Apple store for fixes.

Im not a smart man, but I know what good service is. Extremely professional, they were able to replace my board for an overheating issue with my thinkpad very quickly. 10 out of 10 would have computer issues again. Im recommending them to anyone who needs fast, friendly and knowledgeable repairs. They do Macs too!
