I am a small business owner and I truly do not know what I would do without Pac West! I absolutely love how simple they make things and when I have questions I can literally text a point of contact to get an answer right away!

We have used PacWest Solutions for the past 4 years to process weekly payroll for our business. After having much experience using other payroll services (ADP, Paychex and Coastal), I must say that PacWest Solutions was the best by far. They were very proactive in providing us with new employee forms and an employee manual template when we started the business. They successfully processed our payroll every week with no hiccups. We were able to submit our payroll figures on Monday evenings, via email and lo and behold, all checks were delivered to our business on Wednesday mornings. I still find this amazing, given that our business hired minimum wage employees and thus there was constantly a high turnover. We did not have to login to any complicated websites to process our payroll and they were always available by phone if we had any questions. If I could give them more than 5 stars...I would.
