I called in talked to a Supervisor named Tim very professional and found out they offer free installation. ( great news) and then had it installed, was given a CD in case I needed to look at it later,and watched the video and the tech, Robert was Awesome showing me how to use it he really took time with me because I have never had one of these before.I hope not to ever have one again !! If this is needed in your life it was a very seemless experience also its a one stop shop the other places I called you rent from them and get serviced somewhere else so that was a plus too.

Been calling to get my interlock system repaired since the Morning and was promised an ETA I’ve been on the phone with a technician for over 10 minutes today and she hasn’t even said a word or response to reassure me that I’m going to get the proper help I don’t condone to use this service go spend your hard earned money somewhere else where staff doesn’t neglect you and think you are the problem mainly this is a huge disappointment to me and unfortunately I hope many others expose this companies complete garbage customer service.

These people are scam, specially The Super visor in customer service Named Tim ... their customer service is horrible, when installed the device they just installed it and let me go without giving me any information on how to maintain it .. you have to humm and blow at the same time, and not to mention it can get you locked out if you fail to hmmmm and blow and the same time. and if you are someone like me who loves spicy food their device would fail and report it high alcohol contain. all they care for is to charge you and not provide you with service, good luck getting hold of a customer service, you better off with other companies then with these scam artists.

Absolutely terrible company. I had an out of state emergency which fell on my service appointment date. I was locked out in a very vulnerable spot. When I called they told me I can get a code to bypass the next day! Who has a day to be stranded? Luckily I had a FOB that bypassed it. When I went to service two days later they charged me for missing, reported to the DMV and had to pay for new forms. This is just one of the bad experiences I had with them. It seems to me they just take full advantage of the system to make money, putting the notion of legal scam into action. Looking back its my fault for not doing proper research before getting the IED.
